“Good communication. They come out to your house with tons of samples so you can see what everything will look like right in your home. I was indecisive in the planning stage (I hadn't even decided on the type of floor!) and the sales rep was very patient and helpful, and priced out several different options for me. When I brought up a minor issue after installation they were very eager to fix it and quick in sending someone out. The price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but the level of service was worth it.”

“After water leak #2 between my kitchen and my storage room, Foundational Flooring replaced the water pipes, replaced kitchen flooring, repaired the wall and completely rebuilt the storage room.
