Lynn is the subcontractor our builder highly recommended/chose for the solid oak flooring and stairs throughout our new home we recently had built. Lynn is an incredible craftsman! His knowledge, creativity, attention to detail, and patience were a blessing throughout the process. Lynn took the time to make numerous oversized sample boards for stain color and finish (as many as we needed), using our actual oak boards and floor pattern (3 different width boards), and guided us in different stain mix “formulas” to ultimately create the color and finish we wanted... he ensured our samples included a standard finish product, as well as a matte finish product for the different sheens. We chose the matte finish and absolutely love it!!! We were present a couple of times during installation...Lynn, Heidi and their family members work together like a well-oiled machine, and truly made the design and installation of our floors a flawless process. We have about 2,500 square feet of wood flooring. Our floors and stairs are absolutely stunning, and we cannot thank Lynn and his family enough for being a huge part of making our house into our beautiful home!!!”
