“We've had excellent experience with Fall Design for two projects we did this year. In both cases, Rose and her team have exceeded our expectations. For the remodeling of our house, we needed hardwood floor installed in all rooms. Rose is a perfectionist with a deep knowledge about flooring processes. She was always available to listen to our needs, guide us through the various steps of the process, and provide the best possible result for our floor without promising something she would not deliver. She also showed a great ability to work under a tight schedule involving other trades. The result a gorgeous Walnut Rustic floor with a light honey finish that gives it this warm look we initially wanted. Then, a few month later, when we had a water damage in our condo, we naturally called Fall Design to do the work and replace the floor. Again, meticulous work combined with very good pricing. We've been having a lot of comments from everyone who comes over to our house on how great our floors look. And every time we do refer Fall Design !”

“We just remodeled our home and Carpetland did all of the carpets as well as vinyl in our kitchen and tiles in the bathroom. Their workmanship was wonderful! Very professional! Tina and John are great to work with in choosing materials. And the crews were very hardworking and clean up behind themselves. They ordered the materials in advance and when we were ready for installation, they brought in large crews and completed the entire project in 3 days. We have used Carpetland for many years and would most definitely recommend again!”

“We hired Doug to remove over 400 sf of tile. He was on time and ready to work as promised. My husband and I left until the job was done. I expected to have some dust to clean up myself, however nothing for me to clean!! Outstanding and yes it’s true NO DUST!!”

“I needed to replace carpeting that was installed a month earlier because it was so ugly. I browsed at Carpetland and S& G Carpets, both in Pleasanton. Carpetland had 1) a better selection of carpets; 2) $99 coupon for entire house installation; 3) $30/room to move furniture. S&G charges 1) 99 cents/square foot for installation; and 2) $75/room to move furniture. At Carpetland, I met Jeff Ernst, who asked me about pet and people traffic. I told him the cost of the ugly carpeting. While I didn't set a limit on cost, Jeff showed me better quality carpeting and padding that was moderately more than the ugly job. When he was measuring carpeting at the house, he was thorough in explaining the deficiencies of the ugly carpeting and padding. He lent me carpeting samples. Carpetland granted me a discount for the interior designer who referred me to Carpetland. Their installation staff was friendly about scheduling the job. Luis, the installer, worked hard solo since his assistant was sick. The completed installation was tidy with finished straight alignment throughout the house. When I need carpeting or flooring at my investment properties, I will hire Carpetland.”

“Diablo Flooring recently re-carpeted our 2-story home. From beginning to end we were very pleased with their services. They were very knowledgeable and gave us excellent information on types of carpeting and also provided plenty of samples to choose from which really helped our final decision. When the crew came on site, they were very prompt, courteous, professional and the project was completed with very little impact on our daily life. They also did a great job moving our heavy furniture from room to room. Our home is now 'refreshed' and looks wonderful. We would recommend Diablo Flooring highly. J&L”
