“Prompt, professional, courteous and reasonable price for excellent flooring. One of the best selections and always has newest flooring trends in stock before the competitors. Pricing was competitive with Home Depot/Lowes for some other areas of our house (basement flooring; aka: "man cave"). Even better than price and quality, was the installation team --outstanding. On-time EVERY day; Attention to detail; Hard working and clean up was superb. Loved it so much, recommended them to my mom and she is in process of replacing flooring for 3/4 of house....and they have treated her amazing as well. Highly recommended!”

“Professional service; quality products; personalized assistance. When the bound area rug arrived damaged, directly from the manufacturer (Shaw), Mandy was quick to contact Shaw and order a new carpet to be shipped immediately. Even though the Shaw company did not go out of its way to provide compensation for the mistake, Mandy and Floor Coverings International did their best to ensure that the replacement was not damanged and was delivered as soon as possible.”

“The best experience I've had with professional sales and craftsman. Very knowledgeable . Sales didn't try to over sell my needs and listened to the use of my new carpet I had 3 in my price range to chose from not just one. Insaulation was quick, removed old carpet, cleaned floor,new pad and carpet 12 X. 40 feet in 1/2 day. I would highly recommend and use for my next flooring purchase .”

“The people at the Flooring Guys were great. Had personal attention from the owners in selection of our materials the quote. They came to check out the work to be sure it was being done to their standards. We originally had went with the living room hallways and media room. we opted to complete the entire house and the stopping points were all integrated into the original job as if it had been done the same time.”
