“I had film installed 5 years ago. It works as expected, giving some protection against glare reflected off a nearby building, and against unwanted summer heat, and also provided some privacy . The installation was painless. The product never looked like a cheap add-on, and after 5 years still looks like new. It is hard to tell that it is there - but it is. Bought on a friend's recommendation, it had worked well on his house.”

“I recently purchased a condo and needed to replace all of the end caps on the blinds it came with (they were 20 years old and breaking). They were incredibly helpful in sourcing the parts I needed and, not only that, delivered them right to my door in Sidney (saving me a trip to Colwood) because they were coming out to do house calls in the area anyway.
