She is exceptional at working with clients to determine their needs and tastes and then translating that information into stunning window treatments. She has overseen a whole house project including window treatments and re-upholstery. “The selection of blinds was mind boggling. The Customer Service Representative helped us determine the best type of blinds for our windows. We were not disappointed! The blinds were available for installation within the timeframe stated at the time of ordering. The installation was quick and professional. The installation technician did an excellent job of installing, cleaning up and providing an explanation of how to operate our blinds. We have received numerous compliments from friends and family. “I was referred to Cheryl at Exceptional View by a friend in the housing and interior business. First, I got some pricing information from a few other window treatment vendors. Once Cheryl came for a home visit, I knew why she had been recommended. She was very affable and effective. My time with her seemed luxurious compared to other experiences I have had. She was able to help me meet my needs within my budget. Being a double amputee, I appreciate the remote controlled blinds. One hundred percent worth the extra money. Furthermore, I had quite settled on one tone when Cheryl showed me a much nicer one. Her experience and eye for décor paid off as the first ones would have been to dull or gray.
