“Sine’s flooring of Cobourg and Brighton installed dark oak hardwood flooring in our living - dining room , kitchen , spacious upper hallway and 4 bedrooms , after their workers first removed the existing flooring materials . The flooring installation was excellent ; the work went smoothly , was timely and and looks lovely . Larry Sine , manager and co- owner was always congenial and available if we needed to speak with him . The contract price was good and we would recommend this company without any hesitation .”
