“It has been several weeks since my project was completed so I feel qualified to attest to the quality of their work. I had my deck redone with PVC. My project had some hiccups due to a bad worker. The only reason I am giving them 5 stars is because of the project manager, Ryan Quinn. I was quite impressed with his communication and the speed with which he took action when needed. The deck is holding up well and it feels solid. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.”

“A couple of years ago I purchased material for a TimberTech deck and installed the deck myself. A year after installation the deck started turning white. I happened to run across a TimberTech rep while at Home Depot and asked about my deck turning white. I was informed that one batch of decking in all of the product’s history had faded due to a supplier error in their chemical compound. I held off getting in contact with TimberTech fearing that I would get the run-around and that I would get replacement materials but no labor since I had installed the deck myself. I finally contacted TimberTech and within a month my new deck was completely replaced. Doug Woodside of Deck and Patio Covers was one of TimberTech’s recommended installers. He arrived at my house to give a bid at the time he said he would. He arrived to do the job at exactly the time he said he would with two additional installers. Because they had to go through the house to install the deck, he brought floor coverings to protect my carpet and floors. All of the installers were polite and professional. They worked through lunch so that they could complete the deck in one day. I cannot say good enough things about Doug and his crew or TimberTech. I have never had a warranty claim go as smoothly as this. I highly recommend both Doug’s company and TimberTech.”

“I can't say enough good things about Lakevue Renovations. We originally wanted to replace a few boards on our deck of our home that overlooks Lake Washington but when it became obvious that this was much more complicated due to several rather serious structural problems, we contacted a number of construction companies to assist and after detailed discussions with several firms, we chose Lakevue Renovations. We do NOT regret that decision. The deck is large and is an important part of the home. Jeff and team worked with us every step of the way as we designed the deck, and once construction started they kept us totally up to speed as we uncovered several other structural problems with the home that had to be addressed. Each step of the way, Jeff and team took us through the issues, suggested options to address them before deciding on what exactly we would do to address them. It was a great working relationship and we felt 100% confident that the additional work we did was absolutely essential to the structural integrity of the house and deck. The final result is awesome and the deck is wonderfully handsome and adds greatly to the value of the home. We were so delighted that we are now working with Lakevue Renovations/Jeff and team on a kitchen remodel.”

“These guys do exceptional work. Every aspect from planning to construction was explained in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. They were prompt and courteous and always took our thoughts and ideas into consideration to ensure we had the best possible design for our patio area. We absolutely love our pergola and patio area and we are so glad that we chose Lubbock Pergola & Deck to build it for us. Highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!!”
