My house project evolved around Feng Shui elements with a modern looks. I wanted the house to be well planned and maximise the spaces or at least the house looks bigger with a twist of smart utilising of designs and materials. To be specific, the house need to have the modern and classic with rustic theme (as I have some favourite wooden furniture) without showing traces of Feng Shui elements (Usually Feng Shui in Chinese movies or drama series have decorations that make the house look weird). To me, the preparation works were overwhelming with details and planning which came unexpectedly as most designers are not familar in Feng Shui field or the produced designs are disappointing which does not meet the objectives to make the spaces bigger with an impressive requested theme. Let's make the long story short, i realised some designers do not have enough experience or did diligent research on improving designs to helps their client's project, hence the outcome design results somehow similar comparing one to another designs without breakthrough to my delights. Instead of depending on experience professional designers to fulfil my unusual tall order, i decided to go online and do my research (more seriously this time). The frustration soon end when i came across a solutions provider (not a full fledged contractors that does all the works from A-Z). The frameless doors system from Home Hub And Living, the images from search engine display a picture that is simple yet look modern and importantly practical for my flexible space designs. I contacted them up and Daniel was professional in his responses, he was prompt, helpful and able to brief me the works required and the timeline to manage my expectation. He is also helpful enough to share some tips on other works that i engaged (as my project is a major remodelling renovation works and almost all original configurations will be change for my Feng Shui layout). Daniel's works included my house exterior windows to be changed and interior glasses with some metal works . One of the impressive installation from Daniel is the smart blinds, that have the double glazed glasses come with built in blinds, it helps to provide privacy and make the windows look very neat without the looks of heavy curtains which need to maintain and troublesome washing. Because of the privacy features, the study room is also installed with the smart blinds. The frameless doors system is applied to my open concept kitchen, which helps to reduced the cold air from air con entering the kitchen or reducing the cooking smell from entering the living hall, the glasses are design to be collapsible at the corner when not in use. The frameless doors designs helps the kitchen entrance look smart and modern, also easy to use. End of the day, Daniel's delivered final results designs were excellent! His designing works meet the objectives of making the space seem "visually bigger" and help matches the request of modern element . It really helps me feel proud and made me feel my house is one of a kind which is impressive treats for my guests how "visually open" the house is (for creative spaces) and the solutions are really beautiful and practically reliable for everyday uses. Strongly encourage owners to do more researches on their own beside following 100% to the engaged interior designers or contractors, there are service providers who specialize in their field and helpful to share their creative ideas to meet your requests. The frameless glass door is a high-quality and innovative product which is the best answer to my home design problem as it is functional yet beautiful. Daniel promptly and smoothly coordinated the project from quote to completion of installation. But he is much more than an excellent project coordinator, he is knowledgable and can provide elegant solutions to home design problems. I will approach this company again for future projects.

One word " excellent " can only describe my review of home hub And living . The workmanship is superb and very professionally done by the worker . One thing I would really like to highlight is the way how the sales personal Mr Daniel who conduct his sales . He is one who will listen to your needs and provide you with the proper advise ,no pushy sales tactic or unethical advise to increase his sales . I would recommend anyone who is interested to install flying door to look for mr Dainel who I believed is a honest ,sincere and helpful personal in answering all your queries .

Contacted Daniel from home hub and living for quotes and solutions for frameless door. Quote wasn't cheap but provide excellent services and soluition. Eventually enage some other contractor with cheaper quotes.

Contacted daniel from home hub and living for a quote for frameless door/ smart window. Quote wasn't the cheapest but his service was excellent. Eventually was won over by his good attitude and quality of his product. I was impress with the fact that their product does not need to install track on the floor. All other companies that I enquire requires the installation of base tracks and/or side frames. His foreman and workers are very professional and did a very good job installing the frameless door on my balcony. Overall very satisfied with the end product. Minus point - the door is heavy and requires a bit of strength to open/close. Might be a little hard for ladies.

We were looking for glass sliding/folding doors for our balcony and on the internet, we came across the frameless retractable glass door offered by Home Hub And Living. So we contacted the company and Daniel was the contact person. Daniel was friendly and patient to explain how the door works and answer our queries. Given the budget, we were quite satisfied with what we saw at his office (there were definitely pricier glass doors around). Installation also went by smoothly and all was completed within a day work. So after about a month plus of usage, here’s our (long overdue) review on the frameless glass door: Pro: - No track on the floor, meaning no drilling on existing floor reducing risk of damage - reduce dust and noise pollution to a certain extent as facing main road - looks great! Con: - the thought of cleaning the whole stretch of glass is intimidating =( Overall, it was a project executed nicely =)

We have fixed the foldable glass at the kitched entrance for our 4 rm HDB done by Daniel, the 'Flying Door Man'. We are very pleased with the quality end results and the overall experience with Daniel. The end results were fantastic! There is no track on the ground which makes it look neat. Daniel is friedly, trust worthy, approchable, meticulous in details, puntual, polite, responsible & responsive, always contactable or reponse to your missed call. We nerver regret putting up the foldable glass above the solid top as well as engaging their service. Keep up the good works guys!

I was searching high and low for a provider of frameless glass panel doors that fully retract. I found a few here in SG with quotes to follow. All came back at approx $16-18k SGD for my application. Although these quotes and what i am looking for is typically for commercial use, and thus the quality and durability is there, i cant justify this cost... ...or at least until i cam across this site called "Home Hub & Living". To my surprise, i found exactly what i was looking for here. with time looming as i have 3 weeks left before i move in. I must make a decision now... naked or not!! Thanks to Daniel...I am going naked, topless....all the way.... NO FRAMES...a frameless retractable (w/swing door option) door for my large balcony. however, this wouldn't have been possible if it wasnt' for Daniel's quick response on my inquiry. To sum it up, Daniel is what made this frameless retractable door option come true...the fact that it was 50% less than my other quotes made it a feasable option but would not have been possible with others with such short notice. To top it off, Daniel was very willing to work with my ideas, concepts and within my budget. A very pleasant experience to do business with. I will for sure have Daniel work with my on any future projects I may have. Highly recommended for windows and glass doors. Darren

Sliding Glass Doors were stuck within first 2 months. The worse thing is that in the midst of repairing the doors, my blinds which were newly installed only the night before were torn DEEPLY, and this can only be caused by steel cutting through the blinds. When I make complains, the management DID NOT even bother to come to the house and assess the problems and deny responsibilities straight away. I am extremely disappointed and will not recommend this company.

Overall great job, fast and efficient for the frameless door to be installed. It has brighten up the whole place after its been done.
