“These folks did a fantastic job,very reliable ,respectful,and kept me and my wife up tp date on the progress and even sent pictures for our approval ,I would highly recommend these folks to all who want to do business with a very professional , honest reliable group of people. These qualities are a rarity these days and it was nice to deal with these folks just knowing you could trust them. The swing bed that I purchased my wife that she absolutely loves was well made and should last a life time, it is made of the best quality wood and easy to put together. I'm not mechanically inclined and it took me and my wife just minutes to put together, all of the hardware was there and easy to use instructions . “Morris Sokol Furniture's interior designer Joyce Keeney helped us to pick out our living room decorative pieces, our framed art and our really nice furniture and did a fabulous job ...especially because we didn't know what we wanted when we walked in. She spent a lot of time with us in the showroom and that extra effort she delivered was a godsend to us. Without her charming attentiveness to our style and personalities I do not think we could have done it. The delivery went smoothly and overall the service we received at Morris Sokol Furniture was very professional. 5 star in my book”

“I hired Drew Taylor with Carpenters Antiques and Restoration because his business had been around for many years and had a good local reputation. The primary consideration was his assurance the he would be able to refinish my 27 year old stained cabinets which were dreadfully in need of some TLC. Most of the other professionals I consulted wanted to paint my cabinets. This was not what we wanted. Drew's crew were neat and well mannered which was appreciated since I spent a considerable amount of time in my home with them. They made every effort to accommodate my needs while working on this project and our finished product was exceeded my expectations.”

“I always look forward to a trip to GDC Home! I come out with a purchase of some kind almost every time. Although I live in a major metropolitan area (Charlotte), I find the inventory, selection and ease of shopping at GDC one of the most pleasant experiences in decorating. I have used GDC in our primary residence, as well as at second homes in Kiawah and Surry County, NC. Besides major home case goods - furniture, rugs, bedding - they also have a wonderful selection of home accessories and gifts - including books, candles, china/crystal. They also have a very good buyer for jewelry, purses, etc. GDC runs frequent sales and specials as well - we bought multiple upholstered furniture from Lee Industries during their promotion. GDC also helped us get furniture to the residence in NC. Very unfortunate that furniture made an hour or so away from NC residences cannot b shipped to NC but must go through seller first.....but that is not GDC's fault and they have excellent delivery & shipping companies out of Charleston.”

“I ordered an Emerson in a full bed size in April 2012. I used it through the spring and most of June - sleeping on my porch each evening. My husband and I love to lay out there and relax.
