“Jeramie (the owner) & Jose (the job foreman) are absolutely now & forever on my list of favorite subcontractors. If only every worker who came to my house were so fabulous my life would be so much better... I hired Jeramie because I was super impressed by the artistry of his work for Judy Kameon, the celebrity garden designer, at a number of her sites. I don't see a lot of concrete walls that I would call beautiful, but as it turns out, a lot of the walls around Los Angeles that are Pinterest-worthy, are actually his work! In addition to building a 5 foot retaining wall at the back of my property that would keep the hillside behind my house from falling down on me, Jeramie also rebuilt the damaged front porch of my 100 year old bungalow to period-specific perfection. These two jobs sound simple, but the engineering required for my hillside property, was crazy-making. With concrete work, there's no easy or cheap fix if you screw up. You pretty much have to scrap everything & start over from scratch if a city inspector doesn't like the work. When it comes to the human labor element of concrete work you really do get what you pay for. No, Jeramie is not cheap. However, his expertise saved me--at minimum--$5000 because I did not have to get a soil report or testing for my job. Also, I did not have to install a hideous $3000 swale across my backyard to divert water to the street because of his superior knowledge of LA's new Green Building Codes. Jeramie is worth paying for.”

“I am a developer and I was looking for a relationship with a reliable company that I can trust with my hardscape projects, a company that will not start the job and drag it for long time, a company with the men power that will give me a fair price and communicate with me during the project. I found Seacore Masonry working in my neighborhood and hired them for a large Hardscaping project. I'm very satisfied with the progress and the results of my front and back yard, they did for me lots of drainage piping, retaining walls, stone work, outdoor kitchen and beautiful finish concrete decks. They are a one stop for all the hardscaping needs and I will keep hiring them and recommend them to my friends.”

“false advertising. website says lowest price whether buying one or multiples but they inquire as to how many you're going to purchase before agreeing to match the lowest price. they'll not pay shipping however which makes them more expensive than others.”

“We had our carpad extended to the driveway with pavers and a retaining wall in front of our guest cottage. A beautiful job for both projects. The extention of the carpad beautifully matched - can't tell where the new work is added. The front retaining wall blends with the wall in front of the main house. Work was done quickly, efficiently and beautifully. Kobi Dan from Treeium Outdoor Living and his crew are easy to work with and do a great job.”

“The two owners Vassil and Peter were amazing! I contacted the company after we had a beautiful concrete counter top made for our outdoor cabana that was not sealed properly. In panic mode, I called them and they got back to me that very evening and came for a site shortly afterwards. The customer service was great! They came up with a plan to seal the counters properly. They made some samples for us so we can chose what finish we wanted. They sealed they counter tops and it looks perfect! Not to mention since then we have had pizza parties and outdoor events with red wine, oil and not a single stain on the counter tops!!”
