“My wife and I were novices when it came to remodeling our 1940’s M Street house. And getting the house ready for new audio/visual upgrades was mind boggling. Where to start? Steve was just so positive every step of the way. His planning and attention to detail made the project extremely successful. We are enjoying an easy-to-use system throughout the house, inside and out. Steve has recently started another project for us - a mobile outdoor HDTV/entertainment unit that can be positioned anywhere for the best viewing and comfort possible. In addition, it will include a portable bar for easy access to beverages and snacks. We couldn't be more pleased with Steve's enthusiasm and creativity for the project!!”

“Working with TV mounting solutions was the best decision I made. They were extremely professional, polite, and quick. As they were installing my TV they explained what they were doing, why, and made sure to also acknowledge my requests. They were also reasonably priced and worked around my schedule. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as you will most definitely NOT be disappointed!!!!”

“I contacted Keith Brown, Business Development for Audio Video Innovations at the recommendation of a friend of mine. They are great! I updated a "tired" Media Room with an Epson 4K projector. In addition, I installed Sonos amps and new ceiling and outdoor speakers for my whole house music system. This far exceeded my expectations and simplicity of use. AVI installed a new 65" TV in the family room, with Sonos Playbar Package, works great. We also engaged AVI for our Back Yard Patio Addition. This included installation of a 75" TV over the fire place in stone as well as installation of outdoor screens for a reduction of sunlight and mosquitoes. Both the TV and screens are automated with our Amazon Echo devices. This addition is now our favorite room in the house as a result of the comfortable living and entertainment space. I will engage AVI for my future AV needs. AVI delivered on timing, solutions, and ease of use. Great company and great people.”

“Hank at Universal Systems is a highly-skilled designer and installer of home automation systems. I have known and benefited from Hank’s extraordinary talents and positive attitude for the past 15 years. He has automated three of my homes and will be soon automating the four home. His ability to design and implement the most complicated integrated home automation of lighting, audio/video, climate, security and other systems far surpasses his competition. To the user, local and remote control of home automation systems is simple from wall plates, tablets, laptops and smart phones. In particular, Hank is exceptionally proficient in installing and programming Crestron systems, which most installers struggle to implement. Consequently, I employed Hank to redesign and install new equipment and wiring to replace a competitor’s dysfunctional system in my out-of-state home. In addition to his competence, Hank has a refreshing attitude of imagination and willingness. He is not defensible when he makes a mistake, which he quickly and competently corrects. “What can I say - but WOW!!! Jeff is amazing, talented, perfectionist and precise! And I'm as picky and selective as they come. Let me begin - First, I had no idea about this stuff except I needed a great entertainment center in the living room. I had no idea what TV to even get, what equipment etc. Clueless in this area. Well, Digital Power House (Jeff) was gracious enough to come out and 'advise me' based on my layout of the living area, the space etc and what my expectation was....and can I just tell you...SPOT ON! I'm beyond pleased with my experience - not only the complete professionalism and knowledge that Jeff has in this area, but he also saved me money to stay within my budget without compromising quality - I'm absolutely amazed by my overall setup...my expectations superseded exponentially! I have a media room upstairs screaming for attention and without a doubt, these guys are on my list to call to do the job - I wouldn't trust anyone else after this top notch experience.
