The work was scheduled. The crew - and I mean a crew of several technicians, arrived at the time scheduled. The crew leader reviewed again exactly what was going to be done and how it would be done and the approximate time it would take. To say how satisfied I was with their courtesy and professionalism as well as the end result would be an understatement. There was no messing around, no lollygagging. Each technician knew what needed to be done and did it. At the end of the day you would have not known they had been there - except for the exceptional work product they provided. The crew chief explained the system, how it worked and how to operate and monitor it. I highly recommend MARK Electronics without any reservation whatsoever.
