Mario and the team from start to finish are unfaultable. Professionalism, creativity, flair and an open mind are just some of the qualities that Mario and the team exude. Mario worked in each of our design ideas, wishes, wants and must-haves to an incredible end product - our dream home. Not even in our own minds could we envisage what Mario has brought to life for us. Using only the best complimentary contractors, Mario secured very professional and fast acting engineers, energy efficiency and certifier teams who turned our plans around in a quick time-frame. “Antony Svilicich was referred to me through a friend. After an initial discussion with him about my specific needs and requirements for my project, I hired him to design a renovation and extension to a heritage building in North Fremantle. I was incredibly impressed with his outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, communication skills and his personable approach. What looked like an impossibility after initial discussions with the council, turned out in the end to be the most incredible transformation that exceeded all my expectations. Not only did he get council approval but his amazing design also came in within my budget, which I wasn’t expecting. Antony Svilicich is a brilliant architect and in my opinion the very best in Perth. To anyone doing a home building project, I strongly recommend Antony as your architect. My advice would be to speak to Antony Svilicich before you hire anyone. Nick North Fremantle”

“A good architect designs beautiful houses, a great architect takes the time to truly understand what their client wants, what their lifestyle is and how they want to feel as they inhabit the next space they will call ‘home’. Suzi is a great architect. We were fortunate to come across Suzi in a magazine which featured some of her earlier work. Right from the start, when she traveled an hour from her office to meet with us in our home of the time, Suzi took care to build a solid relationship with us, and she really listened. That relationship is the foundation upon which our home was built. We trusted Suzi every step of the way through the design and build process and, having lived in our home for three years now we know that we were right to do so. Suzi met with the builder and us fortnightly during the build. It was clear that she had solid professional relationships with the builder, as well as the other suppliers, and those meetings were positive and enjoyable. Because of the type of project it was we did not have a set time schedule or price that Suzi was working to. Again, this meant that trust was paramount. Our home was finished in a timely manner and at substantially less than the quantity surveyor had estimated. We would recommend Suzi without hesitation to anyone wanting to build their next home. If you look through the images of our Bedfordale house you will see why. Our experience living here in recent years is exactly what we envisaged when we first spoke to Suzi.”
