“I am happy to recommend Davide and his team for the excellent service they have provided. Davide worked closely with me regarding plans for renovating my home (a 150 year old mews coach-house over 3 floors in the west end of Glasgow ). The scope of the work includes a garage conversion, basement kitchen renovation with patio doors, reconfiguring the lounge and family bathroom layout and re-design of rooms including a bedroom with en-suite. The plans required several revisions and each time, Davide was adept at listening to my preferences and incorporating them. He was persistent in completing the plans including communicating with the local council planning department and complying with their additional requests. Additionally, Davide was helpful in providing effective solutions for the complex challenges presented by the property being located in a conservation area. He kept me up to date with progress and was reliable and forthright in his communication. Overall I found him and his team easy to work with, approachable, efficient and effective.”

“We gave Glenn Harmon at HOKO a house renovation design brief which was built around our desire for a music studio within a 3-bed semi. Not only did he hit the brief exactly he also came up with some really innovative ideas which wowed us from the start. His professionalism and regular communication has been exemplary and having been blow away by the VR view of his design, we can’t wait to get started on the build. George was a pleasure to deal with. He responded to our enquiry promptly; liaised with the Council on our behalf and kept us up to date at all times with how the application was progressing.
