“Words cannot accurately describe what a productive, professional and ultimately joyful experience it was to work with Adrian Koffka and his excellent team at Koffka Phakos Design. From our initial discussions regarding the renovation of our 98 year-old house to the delivery of completed plans, the experience was collaborative, illuminating and thoroughly satisfying. In fact, we were able to retain the contractor we urgently hoped to work with because Adrian’s blueprints demonstrated the degree of precision and sophistication this contractor demanded before even considering a bid. Also, because of this, our permitting gauntlet was surprisingly stress-free. Once construction began, we didn’t make many changes –– when it’s right, you don’t need to fix it –– but there was one addition we wanted to make mid-schedule. Adrian and his colleagues were able to accommodate this change quickly so we were able to stay right on schedule. Completing a long-overdue renovation on a century-old house will trigger any number of stressful situations but Adrian and his team were never the source of any stress whatsoever. We always knew we were in good hands. To this day, simply walking into our new kitchen fills us with more happiness than we could have even imagined when we started this project. If you have the opportunity to work with Adrian and his team, and then live in the art that he creates for you, you should certainly take it.”

“Sandra has done 2 homes for us now, and she is great to work with. We love her dearly and even invited her to our wedding. It's a huge plus that she can also do some light contractor work, and has a great network of professionals she's worked with for decades: woodworkers, finishers, stone workers, etc etc. The work she has done for us has been terrific, and she has an amazing eye for design. She gave us a lot of great ideas for our homes and we love the way they've both turned out.”

“Arron and his team especially Jeremy are the best of the best. (: I will never finish my 2 houses in 1 lot without them. Never doubt why he’ve been getting the best reward again and again. We are so lucky that he took our project because We’re such a small project to him. As a stupid inexperienced home owner with limited budget without hiring the general contractor, from ground up to finish 2 modern designed houses total 3,857 sq.ft. costing $250 / sq.ft.(2018-2021+ Covid time); sound unbelievable???), they had stayed by my side all the way until final city inspector signed. I had made some bad decisions such as stupid asking Aaron to design basement for my house in Los Angeles area which later on became my huge headache. Luckily we had their help solve all problems. Now my family and my brother family are very happy with our 2 houses in 1 lot. Believe me!!!! You will never regret to have Aaron team in your project Thank you again Aaron Scott & Nina (:”
