“If I could give Sandra 1000 stars, I would!!! She is Amazing!!! We had never imagined how fabulous our home could be until Sandra brought the vision and the talent!! The incredible transformation all came together in good time and within budget. Sandra helped us to focus our time, money and energy on the things that truly made a difference in getting our home market-ready and bringing in top dollar. Everyone who saw our home loved it!! We had several offers on our home before it even came on the market. We owe it all to Sandra!! As if that weren't enough, Sandra is the sweetest, most caring person whom we could have ever asked for. “10/10 recommend Kelsey for your home projects ! As new home owners, we can’t thank Kelsey enough for taking us on as clients and customizing our property to become our forever home. We took advantage of the low interest rates but found it near impossible to decide what to do with a blank slate of high ceilings and open concept rooms that were empty and without character. Kelsey promptly responded and analyzed our space beyond our expectations to correct these issues of a new build. It’s truly amazing what a professional eye can create where we struggled. She was thorough with our consultation and vetted us on color schemes and our overall vibe that we would enjoy with each season. It was important to me that the colors were earth-toned without being overwhelming or bland and she balanced it out beautifully. There is nothing more frustrating (that we came across) than getting stuck on figuring out what our growing family would require but with Kelsey, she listened and gave us a phenomenal kitchen with storage space utilization we desperately needed. Our kitchen is now an optimal hosting feature . I had so many ideas to throw at her and she directed them in ways that made the space cohesive and surpassed all of my visions. “Before Marcie I did not understand what an interior designer could do for our family. She helped me when I moved from a large suburban house to a two bedroom condo with half the square footage. The new space needed to work for two home businesses, give our college age son his own space when he was home, and accommodate our six indoor free flighted birds. Our needs were complex and our space small. Marcie was simply amazing: she drew out plans for my rooms, knew where to find furniture that would make the floor plan sing, was an absolute storage wizard, and came up with solutions for my beloved birds that made them happy and looked beautiful. She did all of this in wonderfully economic ways. She used things I already had and loved, and arranged them in new ways. I think many people worry an organizer will 'take over' their space, but Marcie knew questions to ask at every step to individualize my new home for my needs. The result works for my life, my business, my family, and my personality.”

“We hired Hellen Hsieh, the owner of Design Loft Company, to design our 725 sq ft great room addition. We are so incredibly thrilled with the completed project, it is exactly what we had envisioned. Our existing house was a 1200 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The kitchen and living area was very modest. With two teenagers at home, we needed to expand and wanted more room to entertain. When we started the project we were uncertain if we should knock down walls and remodel the current floor plan and add a small addition or keep the footprint of the existing house exactly the same and add on one large great room. We decided to do the later, however, to get to this point, we went through several different renderings. Hellen provided us with many great options and helped us decide what would be the most economical and feasible plan. She was flexible, patient and was great about pointing out the pros and cons of each option. Her interactions with our architect , contractor and cabinet supplier went very smoothly which helped us to meet specific deadlines. Hellen was maticulous when it came to the kitchen cabinets and made sure everything was ordered properly and our custom stain came out exactly how we wanted. As a designer, she is very creative and knowledgeable. She understood the style and feel we were after. More importantly she was very conscious and respectful of our monetary constraints which helped us complete our entire project within budget. What impressed us most was her understanding of the build process: from the contractors needs, the city requirements, realistic costs and time estimates, appliance installation prerequisites and inspection requirements. We couldn't be more pleased with Design Loft and Hellen's professionalism.”
