“I met Donna through our contractor, who was doing a full renovation of our new home. We had planned a holiday/house warming party for about 80 people, and it was a race against the clock to have our renovations finished for the big night. Although the new floor tiles looked great, and the wall paint colors too; what was missing was that extra something pulling it all together. We had some old furniture, some new, art for the walls, a beautiful new built-in library, but we had no idea how to place the books, where to hang the art....basically our new home needed something to tie it all together. It needed Donna, said our contractor: "She can make your house feel like a home. She will tie it all together and she will listen to your budget!" And she did! She and her assistant reviewed the house, made notes and took measurements, and then they were off and running! The week flew by and she worked her magic- bringing in plants, hanging up pictures, moving tables, adding tables, taking away tables. It was a blur seeing her running around with her creativity flowing. At the end, the warmth and creative touches she made to our home was absolutely perfect. She stayed in our budget and really made the house feel like our home. That was in December and we have continued to hire her for different projects. She just blew us away by redoing all our outdoor space: overseeing the painters and landscapers, and adding finishing touches here and there. She picked amazing patterns and fabrics for our outdoor cushions. Donna is fantastic to work with because she is highly organized, calm, honest, dependable, and she truly understands the home owners’ style. An added perk is that Donna is a dog lover (we have a lab that jumps all over her- working on that!) and has a great sense of humor. She continues to wow me with her designs, and I couldn't imagine decorating my home or office without her expertise.”

“Not only does Ava and Arlene have impeccable design taste. They will handle everything from the idea phase, to hiring the proper General Contractor, subs, over seeing the entire process and being present at the job site during the work. They did everything from A to Z. They made redecorating my home a simple breeze. From providing me my options and giving me the pros and cons of each option with various cost estimates made it easy for me to make a comfortable informed decision on every step of the process. They are extremely flexible with their service. Their contractors are also professional and very neat. They clean up after every job and make the process very convenient. The outcome turned out better than I expected and I am a very satisfied customer.”

“We found International Custom Design about 6 years ago from the internet when we remodeled our master bath. We started looking for a designer because we could not decide on tile type, color or layout and shopping in a tile showroom was overwhelming with hundreds of choices and patterns. Finding Intl. Custom Design was the best move we made. After the initial meeting, tile samples and colors were brought to us to choose from as well as photos of fixtures (lighting, faucets, cabinets, knobs, etc.). This alone saved so much time for us! Very detail oriented, budget conscious and always available to discuss details with our contractor. We can’t be happier with the end result, it turned out nicer than we could have done on our own. Since then they designed another bathroom for us and just recently the tiling of our foyer. We even ordered window coverings through them! We have recommended Intl. Custom Design to everyone we know who is considering a remodel. Our experience has been great with this company…we highly recommend International Custom Design.”

“Wow! Highly recommend this company, used for staging & selling a home. Got the result of an offer in less then 3days:) I couldn't beleive how my home was transformed into a beautiful model ~ made me want to buy my own home.... “Bassman-Blaine is highly capable in staging furniture for a home for sale. The furniture and artwork they used to stage my house was of the highest quality and the designer and layouts they created were harmonious and in scale with the home's rooms. My business dealings with them were simple and easy, and they followed through with everything that they said they would. They listened to me and worked with me on every request I made. I would highly recommend them to anybody considering staging a high-end home for sale.”

“I hired Anna to help us decorate 4 rooms in our new home (living and adjacent dining room, den, loft). She was a great listener, and fit our needs perfectly. We didn't need a full-service decorator to buy our furniture for us. However, we did need help picking out pieces that would work well together, and stretched us beyond the bland all-neutral palette that was our "comfort zone." We have been very happy with the results, and would recommend her highly!”
