I had the pleasure of working with Sydnie on my recent home renovation. Sydnie was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and she helped me to create a space that my wife and I absolutely love. Sydnie started by meeting with me to discuss my needs and goals for the project. She listened carefully to my ideas and then presented me with a few different design options. I was really impressed with her creativity and her ability to take my vision and make it a reality. Once we had chosen a design, Sydnie worked closely with me to select the materials and finishes. She was always available to answer my questions and to make sure that I was happy with the choices. The project was completed on time(which was very tight timeline for us due to various circumstances) and within budget, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Sydnie did an amazing job of creating a space that is both stylish and functional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced and professional interior designer.

It was a pleasure working with Kate and Wayne to renovate our new 5-room flat. Kate designed our last home which turned out beautifully so it was a no-brainer to return back to her for our new home. Our end result was a modern Scandinavian look that won an award at an international interior design competition. Both Kate and Wayne listened to our inputs, co-selected our colour template, and shared design elements and ideas that suited our wants. They also ensured that our house was renovated on schedule and that their original designs were practical and well-executed by the contractors. Most importantly, we are able to achieve a sophisticated look through simplicity, which is extremely hard to do. I highly recommend anyone looking for interior designers to work with Design NEU, as you won't be disappointed!

Met Kate and Wayne at the height of the pandemic. To be able to deliver more than what was promised at a time that is strange and unknown, and on a very tight deadline; speaks volume of their commitment and confidence, as well as expertise and professionalism. Everything was above board in a clear and concise manner, from detailed daily work schedule to minute cost details. They informed neighbours before work began, and checked in on us periodically after handover. They made us feel as if we were their only clients even when they were being pulled in every direction by their other clients, and made us feel as if they were renovating their own home! They are responsive, courteous, quick on their feet with suggestions and solutions. The entire experience was extremely pleasant, and they made our house into a home.

Design Neu isn’t a large ID firm with massive marketing. Their humble portfolio is run by a very sincere team that delivers, and I’d recommend them to any new homeowners. Wayne (Creative Director) was extremely helpful in the process from the very beginning. His designs and inputs were very finely balanced between functionality and aesthetics. He was careful with budget management, and more impressively, time management. He delivered all that was promised with little hassle (timeline, budget, follow up, and communications).

After looking around and meeting several IDs, we decided to engage Design Neu to build our home as we felt comfortable with Kate and Wayne. From start to end, they had been attentive and listened to our needs. Even when we proposed designs that might be more challenging, they put in their best efforts to conceptualize the design and technical aspects. Kate was prompt and ever-ready (but never pushy) to offer her opinions on the aesthetics, from choosing colours to shopping for light fixtures and furniture etc. Wayne was efficient and experienced in coordinating the contractors and managing technical matters on-site. They are like the best combi one can have. Their contractors have great workmanship and deliver products of good quality. Friends who have visited our home have given their compliments on Design Neu's design and work. Overall, it's been a positive and comfortable experience having Design Neu build our dream home.

I was recommended to them via a relative who had a similar good experience. Their process & updates are professional, and their quality of work is excellent. They were flexible and accommodating, and they took the time to understand what was needed and to deliver the best solution. After the hand-over, there were no disputes with any touch-up work needed. Wayne and Kate are the best IDs ever. This is not our first house Reno but definitely our best one so far! Kate has ideas which are cost effective and translate into reality seamlessly and effectively, taking lifestyle and beauty both into consideration. Wayne is a fantastic project manager, juggling Contractors, workers And vendors seamlessly! My house was done before the timeline I requested, within the Budget I gave, which is amazing in itself. I highly recommend them for any project, large or small.

They made the renovation experience pleasant and fuss free by helping to co-ordinate everything and ensuring that even our furniture was delivered and appliances installed well.
