“I recently moved to a brand new apartment from a traditional Victorian terraced house after 30 years and so I wanted something totally new and different to what I had lived with previously. My taste is not very modern at all and so I was wanting someone who could help me create a really stylish space that would still suit my tastes (quite eclectic I must add!) In addition it is a really small and compact flat and so I needed some clever thinking on how and what to use, where. I decided to try My Bespoke Room as there service felt very affordable (only £75 per room) and they agreed to come and do an on site visit for a very small additional charge. Using them meant that I could still be in control of what was ordered and my budget, as they just gave me all the tools which saved me loads of time. I was so excited to see it transform that I kept updating them and I really felt they were as excited as I was and really into the project too which was really nice! I got on really well with both of them straight away and was really impressed with what they came up with. It is such a slick an easy service and their virtual moodboard is really cool. It covered everything from paint colours, wallpaper to furniture and finishing touches, including coat hooks and an umbrella stand! This was money well spent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some help in designing and furnishing their homes. Well done girls!!!”

“As an overseas client looking to renovate our period property in Bath from a distance, PiD were invaluable in helping us achieve the home we have always dreamt of. Barbara acted as our eyes and ears on the ground, bringing a ready made team of skilled and reliable tradespeople to the table saving us the headache of trying to source them ourselves. The work carried out included replacing the roof, installing new wiring, upgrading the plumbing, designing and fitting a new master bathroom and kitchen, and converting the cellars into liveable space, along with complete redecoration - everything from paint colours to carpets and curtains. PiD also carried out a refurbishment of our two bedroom cottage, adjacent to the house - which again included a new bathroom and kitchen and complete redecoration. We are absolutely delighted with the end results, which is due in no small part to Barbara's ability to meet and indeed exceed the expectations of a sometimes highly demanding client!”

I had a spacious “summer room” at the back of my property that was no longer fit for purpose and I needed it transformed into a comfortable Beauty Treatment Room. Not only she brought a unique and expert angle on how to optimise the space but was very considerate and took on board the things we felt strongly about. “Helen of Coral Interiors was recommended by a friend, who knew we had an ultra modern house which was furnished but was not selling. Partly because it was a 'house' rather than a 'home', and needing finishing touches. So we met and subsequently retained Helen to 'dress' it; and, boy, what a difference its made! We decided to be led entirely by Helen rather than have a say in all of it, and that was the best decision. Within a couple of weeks, Helen had planned, sourced, bought and dressed our house, making it a beautiful and appealing home. We're thrilled, and can't recommend her highly enough. Helen stuck to our budget, listened and carried out her work and we cannot fault it! Thank you to Helen, and hope this helps encourage others to put their faith in you.”

“Having been used to furnishing period properties, I suspected I would be in trouble when I purchased a large, square-roomed flat with no intrinsic features to guide me. Fortunately I found Lisa who, over a period of several months, has delivered a home that is both stylish and comfortable. She is very professional and needed to be extremely patient, since I knew what I didn’t want rather than what I did. After an initial meeting on site she produced mood-boards that were subsequently added to and subtracted from. Having sourced pieces that she felt would work Lisa accompanied me on two days of pre-arranged meetings with suppliers, her presence being invaluable in keeping me focused. She ordered items once decided upon and arranged for their delivery, which sometimes required time-consuming input on her part since I am absent from the UK for periods of time. Lisa has great ideas, is a delight to work with and really cares about what she does. In short, I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone seeking a thoughtful, talented and pro-active interior designer.”
