This timing was paramount to them understanding our big vision. Three things stand out from our work with Parkyn Design. First, one of the biggest strengths Tania demonstrated was her ability to really listen and understand what we wanted. She really did hear everything we said: our ideas, our dreams, our likes, our dislikes. We saw proof of this in the end results when our home seemed to fit us like a glove. Second, Tania’s experience ensured that our home would be timeless, yet incredibly unique and personal to us. “Gabriele has worked on two different projects in my home. She was always punctual for our meetings and she delivered products on schedule. She gave great advice regarding painting, window and floor coverings. Together we selected furniture, fabric coverings and accessories for my home. Gabriele had a very good sense of what I was looking for and did not try to suggest changes that would not suit my lifestyle. She always worked within my budget. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Gabriele. She is very professional and so excited to see her customers happy with the completed project. I recently contacted Gabriele to ask about a paint colour that had been used in my home in the past. She returned my call immediately and was pleased to answer my questions. “These ladies did a wonderful job with staging a unit for my client. They paid attention to the smallest of details to ensure all prospective buyers had a good feel for living in the space. Apart from staging, they went above and beyond with coordinating the furniture delivery in my absence and all the last minute handyman work that I had overlooked prior to listing. Loved how they used real palm plants to bring a natural feel to the living room . I can tell you one thing for sure...you won’t find a more dedicated team for bringing life to your most prized listings. Would love the opportunity of working with them again in future. “We purchased a 60 year old home and hired Diana to assist with updating the inside of the home. She assisted with structural changes and colour and style selections. I was able to communicate to her the style that I wanted and she was able to make those visions come to life. For example, I wanted an open concept kitchen and she was able to determine where all the appliances and cabinets would be placed once the main kitchen wall was demolished. Her colour selections, tile styles and cabinet styles for all three washrooms and laundry room were perfect. She also respected my opinion. For example, I wasn't too enthusiastic about the colour selections for the wall surrounding the fireplace, Diana could sense that and immediately pulled out a different colour selection based on my feedback and I fell in love with the colours. She also gives honest feedback. She pointed out to me immediately if I was gravitating towards a selection that was a 'fad' and not 'timeless. I would definitely hire her again for future projects. I have absolutely no regrets about any of the decisions made, and that is 100% because we had Diana as our designer. Thank You.”

“We hired Katherine to help us with our new home being built in Niagara-on-the-Lake. She was there from concept to completion and without her input, we wouldn’t have the custom home we desired. The choices are vast and would have been overwhelming had it not been for Katherine’s expertise in pulling all of it together. She took the builder’s plans and completely transformed the kitchen and master bathroom. This took our home from “nice” to “KNOCKOUT”! Katherine is a JOY to work with and made this stressful process into a fun and enjoyable experience. We HIGHLY recommend Katherine for any project you may have!!”
