She carefully view lo ed the space, and advised us against getting a sectional. Instead, she recommended that we purchase a comfy yet small rounded backed chair, a hanging plant for above the chair, and a small round table to tie it in with the couch and the rest of the living room. To our surprise, her changes made a tremendous difference in how buyers were viewing our space! Our only regret is that we didn't ask her sooner!
