“Overall the experience has been good, we selected West Coast Dream Homes at the recommendation of our real estate agent and it was a good choice. There have been some challenges throughout the build and as a group we managed them quite well. The end product (at this point anyway) and quality of build is awesome, and well worth it. --- Follow up report after taking possession, things are going along well, the home itself is put together with quality care. Every new home has a few deficiencies here and there and Rick and Camilla have been awesome with fast responses to any and all of our items. It has been a long project and it is all but too easy to get consumed with small little minor things along the way, and West Coast Dream Homes kept the focus on the big picture which is why the product turned out well. One of the biggest pros with them is they know what looks good and what is quality, and if you try to deviate from that they will throw up the red flags, the warnings, and really help you fully understand what the real consequences are to certain decisions, decisions that only matter after you take possession, so they are watching out for you the whole way.
