“We live in an up and coming area of Manchester and made the decision that we would rather max out the use of the space of our well proportioned mid-terrace property, than the cost of upsizing in the area we would want to live in. So we employed Bespoke living to help realise the potential of our house something that we have no regrets in doing! For Dave came out and gave us some really progressive and imaginative layouts for the whole property. Not just offering one option but a variety dependent upon budget/planning etc. This was great for us to become more decisive on what we actually wanted and our now progressing with a loft conversion accommodating a guest bedroom with ensuite and a redistribution of the ground floor that creates a more flowing open plan feel whilst bringing a bigger kitchen with dinning island to the centre of the house. We would highly recommend Dave as his knowledge, enthusiasm and vision helped us realise what we actually needed.”

“Over lockdown I found myself growing very tired of the decor and furniture in my lounge. Myself and my three girls spend a lot of time in there particularly on an evening. With it being a Victorian terrace it already had beautiful original features in there but was looking very tired and lifeless. I decided to get in touch with Clare fir some inspiration and after our consultation felt very excited and inspired. She made me realise I didn’t need a huge amount to completely transform the space into the cosy room I longed for. I knew I wanted to go for dark walls but had no idea how to then furnish and accessorise. “Setting up a house in South Africa is daunting but with Caroline's help with the interiors this became an enjoyable task. Regular meetings took place to establish requirements and preferences which evolved into fully specified plans including - a room by room Look-book ;Fabric ; Finishes ; Electrical schedules and Final Costs Breakdown. We then spent two weeks in South Africa implementing these plans (buying furniture, instructing decorators and curtain makers , etc.) with Caroline providing support from the UK. Having all these detailed plans in advance of the trip made completing the project so much easier. Throughout the project Caroline listened to our requirements, sourced options and ultimately provided an exciting schedule that met our budget. I would recommend her services unreservedly.”
