“Ms. Zollars Stroud is an absolute professional in her craft. As a Realtor in the Kansas City market I have hired Stephanie on several occasions to consult on my personal renovation projects, and Stephanie is the only designer I trust and refer to my clients. Regardless if my client resides in Mission Hills and is renovating the entire home, or for those needing help with a more targeted project, Stephanie has the unique ability to immediately connect and put homeowners at ease; quickly developing an understanding of their tastes and direction. Stephanie works diligently on behalf of her clients to maximize their budgets, while delivering a unique, one-of-a-kind look, that's up-to-date, but has longevity, livability and warmth. As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. From the very beginning, Tom spent the time necessary to make us feel at home with each step of the remodel. He listened carefully, discussing our needs, providing design ideas and options, and promptly answering all of our questions. His estimate was realistic and he thoughtfully addressed every aspect of the project. Throughout both the kitchen and bath remodels, Tom and his team remained on-time and on-budget while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Respectful, trustworthy and good-natured, they all went the extra mile ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. “I started using Mary several years ago when we moved into our new home, and have periodically needed an "update". I love her ideas, sense of style, honesty and competitive pricing. She never makes me feel bad about adding in stages and has the knowledge to pull the whole project together. Recently, I found out we were moving out of state, and Mary has gone out of her way to accommodate a long distance project. Mary has become more than my go-to decorator, I sincerely consider her a friend.”
