“Julia provides professional, cost-effective interior design services using a relaxed approach that takes a lot of the stress out of decorating. “I helm a women's networking group in New York City and host events monthly. The ladies of M&P Design Group designed the banner that sat at the end of the runway for a June fashion show. All sixteen women who were walking were 'role models' versus 'runway models.' All sixteen were South Asian, which is my brand, and all sixteen were employed in Science Technology Engineering or Math fields. I was making a statement about the jobs of the future, and highlighting the ladies who occupy them now. I asked Julia and Alex to come up with banner design which would serve as the backdrop of every photo taken. They collated all the symbols and designs from the event to-date and created the most stunning design for a runway backdrop. And turned it around in the time they indicated they would. I'm someone who is very focused and gets things done. I appreciate it so much when I find fellow lady entrepreneurs who share the same work ethic--and creativity!”

“Karla Trincanello is an amazing designer that I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with. Over the years I have worked with many designers and Karla stands out as a favorite. She tunes in to each client and creates a vision that is custom to that client's style and personality. This you can see by all the wonderful pictures of her work. What you don't see is her keen business sense that manages each project. This is where not all designers are created equal. When I worked on projects with her she was able to clearly communicate her vision and provided color pallette, inspiration, time lines and budget so that every last detail could be executed perfectly. A lot of time and money can be wasted if this is not done. I can't emphasize enough the value of hiring a qualified designer like Karla who has the ability to execute her designs seemingly effortlessly. I was spoiled to work with Karla early in my career and look forward to working with her again if I ever return to NJ.”

“We are thrilled with our new kitchen and simply could not have done it without Liz. The layout she designed gave us more storage and counter space while also making the kitchen seem bigger than it was before. She listened carefully to what we wanted and gave us two different layouts to choose from (one that was what I originally thought I wanted and another one that she came up with - we went with her layout and are so glad we did, it’s so much better!). When last minute decisions came up during the remodel she got back to us quickly and helped us make the right decision. We are so glad we didn’t try to do it on our own with just the contractor. Without Liz’s ideas and help we simply would not have this beautiful kitchen.”
