We were so devastated by the 1st contractor and so nervous about allowing someone else into our home, but Jan set us at ease right away. She was very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable in what needed to be done. Jan has wonderful insight in knowing what the customer truly wants and works on a budget to achieve that special look and in a timely manner. So, it only stood to reason when we purchased a rental home that we called Jan a second time for assistance. Again, she never failed us. She turned a ‘plain jane’ house into a wonderful inviting home. We started with the living room and kitchen by making subtle, but very noticeable improvements. When she got to the bathroom, it was almost a gut job. Although very small, the bathroom turned out beautifully. We couldn't be happier and would not hesitate in recommending Jan for any job you have to tackle, big or small, inside or out. They showed up for work at precisely 7 am on the day promised, and precisely at 7 am each day until the job was complete. The finished product was beyond our expectations.
