“I hired Lynne in fall 2012 to work with me on three rooms. I have been so happy with all aspects of her service that I have engaged her to work on other areas of the house.
Not only does Lynne possess all the skills one would expect in an interior designer ( fresh ideas, an eye for color and a good sense of space to name just a few) but she has talents that I had not considered as valuable before the project started.
Lynne has a wonderful personality and this enables her to connect and communicate with both clients and retailers in a warm, friendly and highly productive manner. She has used her charm to negotiate some great deals, organize expedited deliveries and get answers to questions that I was unable to secure on my own. She has also chased down furniture items, fabrics and lighting when other designers might have suggested we give up and go another route.
When i saw something I liked in a copy of Architectural Digest, she made contact with the designer of the featured house and found out all sorts of useful information during the course of a friendly chat.
She listens well. She always respects the needs and wants of the client but is not afraid to step in if she thinks you are making a terrible mistake. I particularly love that Lynne helped me to step outside my comfort zone. The results have been spectacular.
