I had made an order in December 2022 and arranged for delivery on 23 February 2023. Before the delivery, we had received a notice that Lixil has changed its delivery partner. However, on the 23 February, the delivery had been postponed and changed for two more times over the next several days.
It was until 2 March 2023 that we had the help of the salesperson to collect the items from the logistics partner, and to deliver it in person himself. Be aware of this when you are carrying out renovations. Set your delivery early to avoid disappointment.

I will like to share my lousy experience when i purchase 2 x American Standard (AS) Toilet bowls for my new apartment. On 7 Jan, the supplier (Living Phenomenon, Singapore) delivered my orders. However, my plumber who is helping me to install the sanitary items highlighted that one of the toilet seat (American Standard brand toilet bowls) does not match the toilet bowl model. When my renovation contractor called the retailer (Living Phenomenon Singapore), he was asked to link up with the AS supplier directly (i.e. LIXIL). That was 21 Feb 17.
On 27 Feb, i personally called the retailer (Living Phenomenon) who sold me the American Standard toilet bowls to enquire what is happening. Was told that LIXIL will link up with my contractor directly.
Finally on 8 Mar, the technician from LIXIL came but alas, it was just to confirm that the toilet seat is a mismatch! It was not about bringing the spare parts/change to the correct seat. I must qualify that the technician did mention they are short of spare parts to fix the mismatched toilet seat. It is already a surprise for me to hear this. Nonetheless, i have waited patiently till today (16 Mar). There was no news and no updates from LIXIL at all. When i dropped a sms (whatsapp) to the technician and the sales person from LIXIL to check on the status of the toilet seat, i was told by the technician that the sales person will call me. I am utterly disappointed by the customer service standard and am seemingly disappointed with the retailer (LP Singapore) and the staff at LIXIL.
It is already unbelievable that a wrong toilet seat can be delivered and then it took so long to even get me the exchange.
A totally disappointed customer. I will not recommend anyone to get things from LP and LIXIL.
(p.s. when i pen this, i am already prepared that the toilet seat will never be changed and i will just need to fork out more money to get it fix by another supplier).
