“We have never had a contractor/designer come into our home. It was a big step. However, I roughly explained my project to Keith and OMG, he helped me develop it to what it is today. He budgeted the job appropriately and was open to design changes. Keith and his team were polite, professional and prompt during their time in our home. We were confident that when they said they arrive they arrived and the job finished timely!! The workmanship on my basement remodel was phenomenal. Beautiful, unique and incorporated all of my design ideas. I would recommend ARHI to anyone looking to build or remodel. .”

“DHM Remodeling finished our walk-out basement in record time and with the real professionalism -- he attended to details that we hadn't even considered (eg matching the stair rails for the lower level with other railings in the house). and we could not be more pleased with our basement. He's pleasant to work with, highly ethical and a perfectionist in terms of his work ethic and his pricing is very reasonable. We highly ecommend him and would definitely use him for future projects.”

“My husband and I moved a 120 year old Victorian house and we hired Steve Campbell of Trillium to design and build a new kitchen in a room that was out-of-square. Not only did he come up with a great plan, but he was conscious of what we could afford to spend and kept it exactly on budget. His professionalism and work ethic were obvious. It was the best part of our house move and restoration.”

“We have worked with Larry Routen on two major projects 10 years apart. In 2004, when we wanted to remodel our kitchen, we learned of Larry from a neighbor that had used Larry to design their new kitchen. So, we contacted Larry and began the process. We had a detailed, 2-page list of what we liked and wanted in a new kitchen. Larry was able to meet all the items on our wish list and give us a kitchen that we still love 10 years later. Late last year, we decided to build an addition with a new master bathroom and exercise room. So, we called up Larry and he was more than happy to work with us once again. We told Larry what we wanted and he again worked his design magic to make it happen. We now have a beautiful addition with a master bathroom that is beautiful and functional. Larry hit a home run once again for us. Larry Routen is a true professional and a designer that truly listens to the client and produces a design that meets or exceeds your expectations. Larry worked side by side with our contractor and helped bring it all together. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone wanting to remodel a kitchen, bath, closet, etc.”
