“Amberth provide talent, creativity and attention to detail from project conception through to design, construction and completion. They renovated our new house for us last year, a Georgian town house. We wanted to retain the traditional feel of the house and the original features where possible but we also wanted to create modern living spaces, particularly in our kitchen/basement. The team at Amberth listened to our ideas and the designer visited the property we were living in at the time to get a good feel for our style and how we use space. They created a design, which really focused on maximising the use of the space available, and it’s livability, but didn’t compromise on style. The designer worked with us to create concepts for every room; they really do leave no stone unturned and they get on with things, addressing any issues they come across methodically and efficiently. They take pride in their work and the quality of finishes of our tiled floors, cornices, and restored living room doors and shutters is of the highest standard. We are delighted with our new home and have had no hesitation in recommending Amberth to friends and family.”

“I asked LBI to completely renovate my two bed garden flat in Highbury / Canonbury area. Job involved complete gut, rewire and plumb, removal of some load-bearing walls, and a full refurb. We went with Jake because he was respectful and provided a comprehensive quote and project plan that gave us transparency and confidence he’d properly considered the job and the work involved. He also shared the risks up front. He and his team completed the work bang on schedule (vital as my wife was ‘full term’ pregnant!), and to a great standard. His team was courteous and efficient and when we had concerns - e.g. with placement of a wall or a socket - Jake was always very responsive. This was a big job, a difficult job given the timing (impending baby), but also a fulfilling job (a complete refit). It was stressful (because building always is and because of the timing...), but Jake and his team took a lot of the unnecessary stress away because of their skill and attitude, and left us with a wonderful nest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“I was very happy with dealing with Nora from start to finish. She prepared several scenarios based on my very rudimentary outline and provided contemporary ideas at a reasonable price. All deadlines were met and she kept me appraised of progress and ideas as necessary and on a regular basis. “Elite Kitchens..a name that not only sounds like its taken at least three seconds to create but is cheesier than a big lump of Red Leicester . Not just that, the title by definition leaves the owner Paul O'Brien a lot to live up to. Now when people are looking to spend money on their kitchen there are a couple of facts we need to consider. First of all the kitchen is the most used room in the house. Its not only a room, its a place of work and a place for social gathering..so there's no point in penny pinching . In a world overflowing with cliches heres one that relates to Paul "You only get what you pay for......I'll warn you here...Elite are not cheap... BUT his work is top drawer ...if you want a beutifull ,bespoke, robust, functional and long lasting kitchen then contact Paul”

“Thomson Properties undertook a total refurbishment of a large bathroom. The work commenced and completed exactly to the schedule agreed prior to order. Their technicians were excellent; always on time, quiet, respectful and cleaned up at the end of each working day. Jamie Thomson checked the progress of the work regularly and asked during each of his visits if we were satisfied. During the course of the work the technician suggested minor alterations to the design which were practical and an improvement to the proposed layout. We had a very minor issue occur in the period before Christmas which I expected would not be resolved until after the holiday but I was very pleasantly surprised when Jamie phoned to discuss the issue he sent a technician within an hour to attend to the matter. The final cost was as agreed initially with one minor item of extra work which had been discussed and instructed during the work. We are very pleased with the standard of workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Thomson Properties.”
