“We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”

“I own a sub-contractor and we work on all of Mike Tall's projects. He is definitely one of our favorite contractors to work for and all of my techs love working on his projects. He's professional and easy to work with but the most important thing to consider is that he spends time on all of this projects and he always makes himself available. So many contractors are hard to track down, Mike's not this way. He's very hands on which makes the projects go smoother and quicker. If I was doing a remodel on my own home Mike would be my first contractor of choice to work with.”

She respectfully told us when she thought our ideas wouldn't work over time and always gave us several options to choose from, while keeping our budget in mind. “Kelly of Professional Flooring Installation LLC, in a word, AMAZING! We had the perfect time table laid out until we hit a serious snag in our escrow. Our escrow closing was forced two days late, due to a national hacking scenario, and we were in a time crunch and PFI came through like champs. We called Kelly and she told us she could perform a one day miracle. From measurements to order to pick up to delivery to complete installation in one day!!!!! PFI worked wonders for us - they did a beautiful job - and did it for a reasonable price. We have already recommended their services to or any of your home flooring projects.”

“I’ve worked with this team through 2 bathroom remodels. First our master bathroom which consisted of moving all plumbing, tearing down walls and even building walls. Our master bathroom turned out beautiful. Ken and his team worked fast and were very communicative during the process even with last minute changes. Secondly, our basement bathroom had a flood and we decided to work with Ken and his team again. We moved plumbing, torn down walls, added new walls and our bathroom is amazing and it was completely so quickly. I appreciate not only how fast the team worked, but how involved in the process we were. From lighting, to switches, to hanging up the towel bar, we were always involved to make sure it was done right. We even asked the team to help with some lighting changes downstairs and adding a fan to our upstairs bathroom and they happily made time for us to make it happen. I 100% trust this team in my home and to care for my home as if it were their own. Glad I found them as we will always give them a call for our future projects.”
