“When engaging a contractor, you always hope to find someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced. Finding the right one can be a challenge sometimes, especially during Covid. We found Kevor on HomeStars and took a chance with him. He did not disappoint from the start to finish. From the start, he was very honest with his scope of work associated with the pricing and schedule. We engaged Kevor’s team to renovate our Kitchen and foyer’s tiles. We also seek his helps to install our new range hood and coordinate the installation of our new kitchen countertop. Although the project was on the smaller side, Kevor treated us with respect and care. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in delivering a quality project on time. To be completely honest, at first, I was worried that we would be an afterthought for him because of the size of our reno. We want quality at a reasonable budget. He reassured us many time to not worry about timing, deadline, quality and budget because he wants to make sure we are satisfy at the end. He really kept his promises. I have never worked with a contractor that is as responsive and timely as Kevor. He started on the day he promised and completed the project early and within our agreed budget. His team was very efficient. Not only Kevor completed his project early, he was flexible enough to come back to help us manage our kitchen counter installation and range hood installation. He really made our life easier by being flexible and keeping his promises. This is all we could hope for. Would we work with Kevor again? Absolutely yes. He gained our trust. We are so glad we found him. Working with an honest, and responsible contractor is all we could hope for. We want to build a working relationship with him and we will reached out to him when we do our bathrooms’ renovation. “We wanted to update and renovate our ensuite bathroom last year and we searched around for a reputable company to do the work. We found HQ Construction & Supplies and when we went to get some information and consultation Ed was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He had an array of floor and wall tiles and vanities and we liked that he had staged bathrooms on site. Once we chose our colours and supplies, Ed promptly provided quotes and a reasonable timeline. During construction, he was diligent in maintaining a clean environment and made sure that the area was tidy when the workers left. He came every day to inspect and make sure the work was on schedule and done accordingly. When a times a few problems arose (hidden pipes) Ed was quickly to respond and explain the situation and the detours that needed to happen.We were very happy with the outcome.”

“Three different renovated kitchens, three different homes in Toronto’s Annex, the escarpment in Stoney Creek and now downtown in renewed Hamilton. All have one thing in common - the deft touch of Biljana McDowell. Cooking a gourmet meal has never been easier with Biljana’s smart practical layout and design. Silent drawers that are sized so Marta and I can fit a complete set of 11 pots into a single drawer, all the bottles of oil and vinegar fitting neatly into another easy to pullout drawer, and plenty of space for everything from groceries to the “good” Mexican dishes. At small family dinners or large parties everyone gathers in the kitchen. As we planned the kitchen is the focal point of the house and entertaining. Adding to economy of scale is superb workmanship that has stood the test of time and my occasional abuse. Unlike some designers Biljana actually listens to what you want and delivers your own dream not a copy of some trendy kitchen in a glossy. Add design genius, fun, warm, creative, practical, detailed, great to work with. Did I say cost-conscious? I would hire Biljana a fourth time except my wife would kill me if we ever move again.
