“When I think of the customer service and attention to detail provided by Fort Design, the word that comes to mind is exemplary. I had a renovation project for my property that not many companies would take because of the level of repair that needed to be performed. All of the employees working for Fort Design are masters of their trade. I needed to have renovations that included popcorn ceilings removed, new tile installed throughout the house, all new bathrooms from ceiling to floors renovated, all bedrooms renovated, and a kitchen that was over 30 years old demolished and re built. The owners did not mis a step in getting the appropriate people started on the project within a few days after we laid out a plan. The demolition took 2 days, in which everything in the house was stripped of cabinets, tiles and plumbing throughout the house. The time given to us by the owners for completion of our project was specific and accurate. The timing, which included the holidays, were right on target. I could not have asked for any quicker turn around time. I will be using Fort Design for all my renovation and design needs. Their professionalism and expeditious work ethic will be the reason why we will only use Fort Design for any home renovations. We are proud to recommend Fort Design to anyone that is thinking of renovating their home. Thank you for our beautiful new home!!!!”

“Imagine having all 3 bathrooms completely remodeled in your townhouse while you are staying on site. What sounds like an impossible situation was accomplished with great respect for our privacy and gave us a chance to see the kind of quality-in-every-detail job that Wyman insists on. The finished results were dazzling, and were built to remain so by Wyman's team. They also came in well within our budget, despite the discovery of certain structural repairs that were needed because of a leak beneath one of the upstairs bathroom showers. Today our bathrooms look as wonderful as when they were first completed in 2010. Nit-pickers like myself love how perfectly the tile matches up, the lighting complements the beautiful stone tops and the way the drawers glide as they should. Even better, you are dealing with a very people-oriented company who talk with you THROUGHOUT the process and are available afterwards to answer your questions personally. I would say that Wyman is the opposite of the robot-call mentality of so many organizations. Wyman truly made all the difference and if you want it done right, we give them our highest recommendation.”
