“Ernesto has an artist’s eye for color and detail, and sketched out what each room had the potential to become. He worked with us first on the basics: paint, carpet, and repairs. He then turned his attention to the furniture that would transform the house into a home. His instincts on which color combinations and style of furniture, rugs, and lighting would work best together were unerringly correct. He did a wonderful job and the work he did for us won three awards in a design competition. We could not have been happier with Ernesto.”

“We first used Mary when we remodeled our kitchen about 3 years ago, she did a great job and we loved working with her. She had a lot of creative ideas and was always very helpful. In addition the contractors she used did excellent work. This year we had Mary remodel our master bathroom, once again she hit it out of the park. I have a feeling we will be working with Mary in the future.”

“Cook Remodeling recently renovated our master bathroom, taking a 34 year old bathroom and bringing it completely up to date. From design to completion the experience was excellent. There was never a lag in communication, we were appraised of what would be done and when it would be done in advance, and the skills of the employees were exemplary. Their care for the workplace was beyond our expectations and the entire area was cleaned up before the employee(s) left for the day. The finished product exceeded our expectations. As a result of the excellent work they did in the master bathroom we have contracted with them to remodel another bathroom in our home. I highly recommend this company.”

“Elinor provided design, supply, and overall construction supervision for our home remodel project. She interviewed my wife and I as to our tastes and budget and explained the process she believed would be best for us. Not being pros, we appreciated the time and attention which elinor spent with us. We were always presented with several ideas to chose from which allowed us to really custom design our own plan with the guidance of a true professional. This same professionalism was also represented by every craftsman recommended. I highly recommend Elinor if you desire a truly special experience and result”

“I am an interior designer and I use Dave's Carpentry 9 times out of 10, I would use him 10 times over but it is not always my choice. I have been working with Dave for close to 7 years on and off and I would highly recommend his workmanship and client relations. I have never had a dissatisfied client. Dave has done many projects in my own home as well, Bathroom and Kitchen Remodels, both of which I am personally highly satisfied with. Dave is a great asset to any project as his many years of experience, respectful and honest character and attention to detail often catches things others may look over. I plan to continue working with him in the future and I believe anyone would be happy with the service he offers. Highly Recommend! I am Dave's Carpentry's biggest fan. I have worked with other contractors in the past and none of them compare. My favorite thing about Dave is he is a "no problem" type of guy, whatever the issue or task at hand he will figure a way to do it and do it correctly. That can-do attitude has kept me coming back with any project I can bring him in on. Very trustworthy.”

“Talavera refinished a cabinet for me, 'remaking' it from an old, typically-found brown buffet, to a stunning distressed, off white cabinet that hints at the old brown wood beneath. With attention to keeping the vintage look and feel of the cabinet in place, they reinforced shelves only where needed, and straightened hardware just enough to make the doors solidly functional. The result is beautiful, and the buffet is an eye catcher in my kitchen. Talavera also carried the distressed idea up to my staircase landing by building a bookcase in their woodshop. They kept the comfortable feel of my home in mind when designing a piece that would bring warmth to the landing without overpowering the staircase or looking out of place. Of course it was distressed in a beautiful old-world green. Larry and his crew asked a lot of questions, and made a lot of suggestions, before, during, and after each of my above-mentioned projects to ensure that I loved what came into my home. The Progress Pictures meant a lot to me, and I appreciate that Larry worked with me to stay within my budget and pulled no 'surprise' upcharges. Though I am a person that always wants it 'yesterday', Talavera stayed right on the estimated time-to-complete, and even delivered a little early. Worked for me, and they will be hired again. (Last year they did a beautiful covered patio for my patio home, but that's another post for their remodeling abilities!).”

“360 Designs Kitchen and Bath is a family owned business. They are very honest and work with the highest integrity. Graciela's design work is excellent, from her initial quotes with 20/20 cabinet designs and true color options for your product selections! She has established herself with a great career path in all aspects of products for a home. She is very knowledgeable in all types of products from backsplash materials to window treatments, she has the experience. And she knows the sources, where to go to find what you like! The installation team is great, respectful, hardworking and all her family! This is the family to take your work to! If there is a problem, they brainstorm to bring your design together and keep you happy! I love my kitchen and the work they did! All her ideas and my desires came together once installed!”

“Over this past summer, we contracted Rapid Restoration & Construction to do some home renovations for us. This included the installation of new LVT flooring planks over our existing tile, the replacement of new baseboards, updating our outdated oak & carpet staircase, a new shower installation and the painting of cabinets and doors. We are very pleased with the job Rapid Restoration has done and have received many compliments on the updated home renovations. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, however, the job took a little longer than initially anticipated, but the owner, Dave, was dedicated to getting everything completed within our designated time frame. Dave and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do some home renovations and/or remodel.”

“I was in need of a bathroom remodel and had some ideas but I'm not very good at conveying my ideas to others or at envisioning the final results so I contracted with Total Design Homes. I love the ocean so I wanted some sort of beach feel to my bathroom tub area so I could relax and feel at back at home while living in the desert. Their team asked me quite a few questions about my ideas and somehow with the little information I provided them they designed and built me the bathroom that I have always wanted. Cynthia found this plank tile the has all the colors that I love and reminds me of the ocean with beach wood. I hope I get to add a picture on this review for everyone to see since I have a hard time explaining what my bathroom looks like. However, it's amazing and I love it! Thank you Thom, Cynthia and Katie for all your assistance! Hire Total Design Homes if you want to bring your ideas and dreams to fruition! Kitchen is next and can't wait to see what they design!”
