“We had a wonderful experience with Rocco from start to finish. They were very patient in response to our uncertainty about what kind of kitchen redesign we wanted, helpful and creative in offering suggestions, and flexible when we changed our minds about things. Their pricing was reasonable and they were transparent about every aspect of the pricing. Their design team is amazingly creative and dynamic. We loved working with their architect, who brought ideas of his own to the table while listening very carefully and responsively to ours. Every single person--from the business end to the design and building end--that we encountered in the Rocco team was delightful: talented, responsible, communicative, and just plain nice. Having people in your house day after day can be trying, but it really wasn't with Rocco. The builders were friendly, quick in their work, as unobtrusive as they could possibly be, and great about always leaving things in good order when they left for the day. When small things went wrong, the team always took care of it in a timely manner (like some tiles that arrived broken -- not their fault, of course! but they took care of it and didn't let it slow down the work much at all). And we could not have been happier with the results. We love our new kitchen, which is both so much more practical than what we had and SO much more beautiful. I could not recommend the Rocco team more highly.”

“Modern Kitchen of Syacuse, NY supplied the cabinets for our new kitchen. Designer extradinaire Tracy Shults guided us through the process. Tracy is an outstanding professional. Tracy measured and ordered everything that we needed. The shipment arrived and was spot on perfect. Installation went smoothly. Because of Tracy we have a stunning, functional new kitchen. The show room has a complete and full selection for everyone's taste. Upon entering MK the customer is welcomed and treated with respect. We thank everyone who helped us and especially Tracy.”

“We had a significant portion of our main floor remodeled. This included a large kitchen, eating area, a half bath, and two entryways. The attention to detail, high quality of work, and solid advice that we received from Mr. Dovie was invaluable. He was not afraid to redo and upgrade something that he had already done in order to improve the final product. He was meticulous. When the inevitable glitches came up as the project went along, he and his team always had several ways to solve the issue in a professional and satisfactory way. “We wanted to convert part of our basement into a fun place to entertain friends. Scott was extremely knowledgable, very patient and worked with us to keep the project within our budget. He brought all the features we have on our first floor and encorporated them in our basement conversion. His crew were always polite and somehow managed to keep the disturbance from encroaching on our living space. I would highly reccommend S Caselle construction.”

“When my husband and I started the idea of renovating our 1944 kitchen that had built in cabinets and no space for anything, we had no idea of where to start. We contacted Hearth, Cabinets and More, Ltd. after seeing advertisements and we were put in touch with Bruce. We were totally blown away! Bruce came to our house and measured and sat and talked to us about what we wanted in our kitchen, what kind of budget we wanted to stick with and what would make it functional for us. He came up with ideas that we never would've come up and we knew then that this was then the right decision and we were so glad that we had Bruce to help us. We were so excited to get the project started and I was beyond ready to see the old kitchen go. Lisa at Hearth, Cabinets and More, Ltd. always kept us in the loop about delivery dates, etc. which was very helpful for our contractor and his crew. Our cabinets were delivered, it seemed in no time and today, our old 1944 kitchen is BEAUTIFUL and updated to a 2016 one that we absolutely LOVE! I only wish we had done it sooner! We are planning on doing another project at our house in a few months and we will definitely go back to Bruce at Hearth, Cabinets and More, Ltd. for his advice and help! ~Tom & Hilary Clyne”

“Amazing ability to listen to our likes/dislikes and put together a doable project. We did a complete remodel of the kitchen, bath and dining area - to the exterior walls, ceiling and floors. We stopped at the "Big Box Stores" and weren't happy with their knowledge and ability to vision a solution. Building an addition was not an option yet Denna was able to present solutions for our wants: tile walk-in shower with glass door, oversize fridge, new cabinets with soft close features and quality products. We don't even have to seal our tile grout. She worked well with the contractors, was responsive to our questions and fixed any small issue immediately. We wouldn't change one thing!!!!!”
