“Was speaking with a freind about a possible bathroom renovation (tiles, plumbing, plastering etc.) and he introduced me to Dan from Forever Builders. We discussed quotes other companies had provided for us, however I was still skeptical. He provided me with an extremely reasonable quote BUT ALSO guaranteed 24/7 contact with him incase I had any questions at all hours of the day. He and his team were amazing. Kind, freindky, but most importantly efficient. Since then (October 2018) i have recommended them to many freinds. Thank you guys!”

“Wendy Wilson did the design of my major home remodel that included the removal of a load-bearing wall, a room addition, and extensive remodeling of existing spaces. She listened to my ideas, added her design expertise, and developed the plans. She was a pleasure to work with, always focusing on what was important to me and what was consistent with the quality I was looking for. Her design ideas were fantastic for my project. She helped me interview contractors, and each one we talked to praised the completeness and quality of her drawings. She ushered the project through the design approval process with the city, so all I had to do was go pay for the building permits. She assisted me in the oversight of all phases of the construction. I'd hire her again in a minute, and highly recommend her services. I now truly love my home for the first time since we bought it in 1974.”

We worked with Todd, the owner, on the initial design and project evaluation. He was always professional, courteous and above all, had the integrity I was looking for. “Just finished our kitchen remodel and its awesome! Lea worked with us and designed a kitchen based on pictures that I showed her from the website. I just love the craftsman style and all the drawers that organize all our our pots and pans. The whole process went as smoothly as possible considering we found a slab leak in week one! She had to adjust the schedule but we only lost 1 week while we took care of the leak. Lea was great in communicating with me; we texted or emailed each other so I never had a problem reaching her. All the guys who worked in the house made sure to clean up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Lea and in fact plan on asking for her help in remodeling our bar and laundry room.”

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“I have worked on several projects with John Willard. His final product is always high quality. Not all custom cabinet makers stain their cabinets in a booth at their shop. This is really a nice feature for a lot of my clients. He also is not a high volume production shop. My clients like the specialized attention. I have worked with a lot of different cabinet makers, I highly recommend Willard Woodworks for mid-high end custom cabinetry work; he is professional, reliable and takes great pride in his craft.”
