“Joanne and her team at Fazio Tile have been incredibly helpful, thorough, and professional throughout my co-op apartment renovation. I initially thought I was just coming here to order some tile for the bathroom, but Joanne ended up helping us with with the entire project, including sourcing product that she didn't even carry, just to make sure we got the best price possible. Their team was even kind enough to order everything and hold it for us until our contractor was ready to pick it up. She patiently walked through every little detail imaginable with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything, and she always gave us her honest opinion without ever trying to sway or push us to make a decision. I would not hesitate to work with Fazio Tile again in the future for any other project that comes up.”

“I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way.
