“John Santos gave our 1989 master bath a much needed facelift. The dated, seldom-used whirlpool tub was removed and replaced with a fabulous custom spa shower. The former tiny shower was removed and replaced with a lovely open linen closet -- inspired by a photo we found on houzz.com! The 6x6 floor tiles were replaced with 20x20 tiles. We could not be more pleased!!! John had great ideas but also worked within our budget and timeframe. I highly recommend Santos Tile.”

“Nice guy and conscientious person doesn't begin to describe Chris. He is very dedicated, works unbelievably hard to make sure things get done. Chris made many recommendations on different ways I might consider the installations, he recognized what was important to me and came up with changes suchas a curbless shower entry and trim recommendations. I, unfortunately, ordered cabinets from Lowes (big mistake) but hired Chris for everything else. Lowes continually screwed up and I still am having conversations with them about completing repairs of damages they caused. However, Chris worked really hard to accomplish the rest of the project. Chris would come in behind each portion of the Lowes installation and finish the rest. What should have taken a month took four but Chris at each Lowes completion came in and did whatever portion he could immediately so I could get into my home. Chris came back after each of his various installers (floor, tile, granite, plumber and electrician) to insure their work was properly done and if there was something not quite right he would take care of it, even if that meant working into the evening. Committed, dedicated, creative, talented overall professional.”

AG DESIGN AND BUILD LLC

“Selecting AG Design and Build was hands down the best decision we made on our condominium bathroom remodel project. We got a few quotes before ultimately selecting AG Design and build to remodel two bathrooms in our condo (while we were living in it) - and to phase the work so it would be done one bathroom at a time. What made us select Andrey was simple - he was a good communicator with a fair bid who we felt we could trust. Trust was key for us because Andrey would need to work within tight condominium rules and regulations for construction, and have a key to our home while we were at work. Andrey and his employee who worked on our project exceeded our high expectations. Our project was pretty much a gut and remodel of two bathrooms. The way we managed our project was that we provided a lot of the more "superficial" materials (tile, shower door, cabinets, faucets, etc…) and Andrey provided the tools, labor, and foundational materials (hardie board, caulk, piping, drains, mortar, trim pieces, etc). Andrey showed up consistently, provided expert recommendations throughout the process, and was prompt with replies to all of my texts, calls, and e-mails. When we encountered a delay with our cabinets (Home depot delivered the wrong cabinets - which is a story for another day and 100% Home Depots fault), Andrey was able to re-sequence his work to reduce any delays we would see on our end. His ability to remain flexible was invaluable for us through this project. The manager in our building was pleased and impressed with his cleanliness (without me asking, he even vacuumed the common area stairs every.single.day to ensure no trace was left behind). With all construction projects there is dust, but Andrey did his best to control it; he always covered our bed, laid down drop cloths, and would thoroughly vacuum every day which was a huge help. We plan on using Andrey for other projects around our place and have recommended him to multiple friends and family members (we RAVE about him!). One friend already hired him and was thrilled with his work. I cannot recommend him enough. You hear about nightmare contractor stories out there, and I am so pleased to say that we cannot identify with any of them. I wholeheartedly recommend Andrey and his company, AG Design and Build.”

“Omar and OCR Fix & Solution took our bathroom from a room I hated to even look at, to a room that I love! Seriously, sometimes I wander upstairs just to look at it for a few minutes because it looks so good now. Omar was very easy to work with, had excellent suggestions on how to improve the look of our bathroom, and was extremely responsive to our texts with questions. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend him and would use him again in the future.”

“I hired David for a bathroom remodel which required a lot of demo work! He reconfigured walls and had to level out floors. David took the extra time to ensure that the foundation was perfect to minimize any flaws or imperfections when the tile went in. The end result was absolute perfection! I should mention too that David was very helpful and patient with me in selecting tile and was able to offer sound advice based on his experience with certain types of tile. David was a true partner in this project and I truly appreciate the time attention he dedicated to me!!!”

“I could not be happier with the work done by Markus and his team. From up front transparency, constant communication and thorough check ins all along the way they nailed every aspect of this project. If I had a concern; they tackled it quickly and professionally. If a tough decision had to be made; they provided the options, costs and their recommendations. When the project was completed they walked through everything to make sure it met our expectations. Just an absolutely stellar job. Highly recommend.”
