“Canadiana Cabinets saved my kitchen - literally! My husband and I had signed a contract with another company to design, build and install our kitchen renovation and two weeks before the project was to begin we were dumped by them because of internal issues on their end. The designer we had been working with asked if she could send our designs to Bill at Canadiana to see if he could help. With absolutely zero expectations, we said yes. Within a few hours of her contacting Bill, we had a phone call from him and an appt set up for the very next day. After checking out their website, we were tentative, but optimistic that this would be a good meeting. Within moments of meeting Bill and his staff, we knew we were in the right place and in good hands! Bill has grown this business from the ground up, and that is clearly evident when he interacts with his customers. There isn't a part of that shop that he isn't familiar with and he makes it a habit to routinely go out on the floor and inspect the work that his team is doing. The level of customer service from Canadiana Cabinetry has been outstanding throughout the entire process. Any time we've contacted Bill with questions or needing specs for other contractors, he's always responded within a few hours if not immediately. His knowledge of the industry is vast and his passion for what he does clearly runs just as deep. “We came to Mark with a need to re-design our laundry room into a configuration to include a mud room with accessibility and safety being the priority. Given the space was oddly laid out and space limited, it took some creativity. Also, we needed to modify our powder room bathroom and 1 upstairs bathroom to suit the special needs person however keeping home integrity. Tall order. Mark and company delivered incredible results! We cannot review them high enough. The contractors used were professional and friendly. Rob, the main tradesman, is an artist in his work. Mark managed the project skillfully and timely. For families looking to invest in their homes for bang on results, look no further. We found this company on homestars and opted to believe in others reviews. So grateful we did!
