“I have used Jim Bogle's company on several project, from staining my garage to designing and installing my Kitchen cabinets. I have owned a home in RABUN county for 16 years, and have never found anyone as honest and reliable as Jim and his employees. It's nice to have someone just show up when they say they will, and finish on time for the price agreed upon. I have recommended Jim and his group many times and have NEVER had a complaint. He has helped on several emergency plumbing jobs for friends with very little notice, when no one else would even call back. “Black Rock was professional, had great design ideas, and worked with us to get the look and quality we wanted for our kitchen and bathrooms at a reasonable cost. The project took a little longer than we had expected, but they were willing to coordinate all the trades, i.e. plumbers, electricians, and made sure we had a positive experience, especially since it was a second home project and we were not on-site. I would definitely recommend them!”

“I worked with Stan to remodel my bathroom. He was extremely professional, very easy to communicate with and I was extremely pleased with the work he did. He was honest with his estimate for both cost and time of completion. When I sold my house a few years later, the new owners said that the quality of the updated bathroom helped motivate them to purchase the home. I was so happy with working with Stan that I hired him to do more work on the house right before we moved. I would definitely recommend hiring Stan for your next renovation project!”

“We had backsplash installed in our kitchen and the quality of the job was top notch. We had some problems with the pricing and few other things but the store manager took care of everything quickly and satisfactory. I would definitely use them again.. We are wanting new appliances and granite counter tops! We NEED TO WIN!!!! We have purchased a LOT of stuff from Lowes !!!!! We also bought a new washer and dryer and dishwasher from Lowes...Thank you Billy Hooper 864-723-5176”

“I have hired this store to install carpet that I purchased from them. I also ordered new kitchen countertops and a houseful of lighting fixtures for my newest residence. The prices and quality can't be beat! Regardless of what day or time I go to this store, there is always someone willing to help me and answer my questions. The floor staff are all knowledgeable in a variety of areas and familiar with most areas of the store, but if they don't know about something, they take the time to find someone who does. I almost never leave without finding the item(s) I went in for, and the customer service staff are friendly and helpful. If every store were run like this one it would be FUN to shop again!”
