“There isn’t enough good I can say about shadow 1. I had just relocated to the area after living in a small town where I knew everyone and had people I completely trusted to turn to when I needed things done. As a single mom of four boys starting over I was feeling completely overwhelmed at the idea of having to find someone to do a few projects on my new home in this big city. Just buying the home had stressed me out on a daily basis due to the cutthroat mentality of the market. When JP walked in the door he immediately put me at ease. His kindness was palpable and his professionalism gave me security to know any job would be done with the utmost respect and attention to detail. Throughout the process he was easy to reach, always on top of what needed to be done, and ready for any changes I needed along the way. The end results leave people in awe. The before and afters are striking as his team truly worked magic on this little cottage that was in major need of an update. As I continue to have needs arise he is the first person I contact and he always has an estimate to me quickly and the job done within a reasonable timeframe. From the onset, he was prompt in responding to my inquiry and came out the next day to evaluate the scope of work. Once we decided to go with Roldan Construction, they were able to begin very quickly. He let me know the anticipated timeline and was able to complete the work right on schedule. We had an dated bathroom that was way too small for us and they complete transformed it into an amazing space.
