“After vetting several candidates, we chose A&E Kitchen Design to do the remodeling of our kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. During the design phase, owner Doug Gonsalves offered a number of suggestions which improved our original concept. With respect to the actual remodel, Doug assembled a team of subcontractors who did the tearout of the old kitchen, installation of the new cabinets, the new countertops, the electrical work, the plumbing work, and the drywall work. Each subcontractor did an excellent job and throughout the entire process, Doug was very visible and hands on making sure we were pleased with each phase of the work. As with any job of this size, there were several minor issues which were promptly and completely resolved. Had it not been for several additions we made to the original scope of work, the job would have been within the estimated cost. Perhaps the most meaningful comment about our kitchen remodel would be that Doug did everything he said he was going to do and did it well. D. Williams, Murrells Inlet, SC”

“We had some hardwood flooring buckle in a bedroom adjacent to a bathroom and asked Rebuilders, Inc. to investigate. The crew investigated systematically and meticulously until the root cause was determined. They worked diligently for 2 weeks so our tenants could move in on the date we had promised. They caulked a shower (and installed other preventative measures to prevent leaking), reset a leaking toilet and replaced the hardwood flooring. They even painted the trim after it was re-installed to ensure continuity. You cannot even tell there was ever and issue in either room! Each and every individual that was on site was very professional and knowledgeable in their respective area of expertise. Mr. Floyd is a man who stands behind his work and we would highly recommend their services.”

“A friend recommended this firm. They are largely a one-stop shop. The store has displays and samples. The owner will sat down with me, visited the site and create a drawing of the bathroom (or kitchen). The projects budget was reviewed and a contract drawn up. Then I worked with a designer and picked out tile, accent tile, cabinet and countertop material. I found out that choosing an item in a showroom does not mean it is available. Also, I found out that just because everything "looks good" doesn't mean it is. My husband is better a checking details and its a good thing, I didn't even notice the medicine cabinet couldn't open because the faucet was blocking it. The workers were very laid back about such problems, probably because they could fix them. (The cabinet was quickly adjusted). So PAY ATTENTION and don't be afraid to point out a problem- it took awhile but everything is perfect. I will say that the project started in the last days of October and the final details were just fixed up in January. The bathroom was basically ready in the six weeks that they estimated.”

“We decided to use Coastal Home Renovations as it was a median cost solution with great reviews about the quality of their work and beautiful design ideas. Their prices were actually reasonable for the high quality or their workmanship. They worked directly with us and offered excellent design ideas and options and explained everything in great detail that we could understand. There were so many directions we could have gone but ultimately came out with an amazing kitchen of our dreams. The cabinet installation was impressive to watch as it went in so smoothly and any issues with the delivery of all the pieces was corrected as quickly as possible. On our master shower they were able to restructure the bathroom and install an extra large, all tile shower with a one-of-a-kind mosaic design on the walls using tiles we picked out. It looks amazing and it is a jewel of our home that we really love to show-off to friends who visit. Coastal Home was able to adjust their timelines to complete the projects quickly with very little, if any, delays in installation. Their communication was prompt and very professional. There was an ease in all the processes as they explained each step and our questions were answered in layman's terms. We would definitely recommend Coastal Home Renovations to anyone who wants great quality, awesome design and prompt, courteous service. KSL.”

“This is our 2nd time working with Bekah Wagner Designs. We can't say enough about the amazing design Bekah developed for our total kitchen remodel/common rooms upgrade completed at the end of June 2016. After the incredible results of our 2015 home expansion, upstairs suite addition, master & 1st floor guest baths remodel and the 4-season porch addition, she set a pretty high bar. However Bekah topped it all this year. Our new kitchen & breakfast rooms now open up to our refreshed living & dining rooms to create the most amazing open concept set of common space areas we could have imagined. Bekah brought everything from flooring to lighting together in one integrated vision that we will cherish for years to come. The functionality and unique features of the design fit every facet of our lifestyle seamlessly. One other thing I have to mention is that she also designed a new freshly visioned powder room for us as part of this project. So with this bath, her talented designs are now showcased in all four of our remodeled bathrooms. We couldn't be more pleased!”
