“The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. “We hired Kitchen Design Concepts to design and remodel our master bathroom. Not only did they deliver an amazing bathroom that met all of our requirements, they did it within the estimated time promised and within budget. Additionally, our bathroom was not your average bathroom, we needed a wheelchair accessible bathroom including a "curb less" shower. They came up with a design that made the entire room one level and basically a "wet room". They took the time to interview us and measure the wheelchair dimensions, my husbands eye height (for the mirror) and body height so the sink, mirror, grab bars, shower fixtures, etc. could be perfectly placed for our use. Their main crew is the nicest, most conscientious group of individuals we have ever worked with on a remodel. We will certainly use Kitchen Design Concepts again for our next remodel.”
