“Had two bathroom showers remodeled. Contractor made my visual a reality. Wanted them also to offer more safety features (health and elder family members a factor). The final result not only provided that safety with easier access ("mom's), but the aesthetic look was well combined. Professional, courteous, on time and work space left clean each day.”

“My wife and I did a major renovation to our house. We met with many designers and contractors and selected Ted Thomson. He is a member of the NKBA and NFBA. We moved walls, added lighting, changed the flooring and had a totally new kitchen and bathroom installed. From conception to completion Ted was the best. Without boring you with details of our finished home, we can only say Ted made what is normally a stressful experience go smooth. He clearly showed us our ideas (and his), using computer software. Drawing on his experience and knowledge he made us aware of problems we never would have thought about. His original estimate was very accurate and any change orders were clearly explained, agreed upon and documented. There were no bad surprises. If you can dream it, he can design it and build it. His entire staff is excellent. His installers are excellent and any sub-contractors he used were excellent and licensed. We wanted our renovation done right and we are so glad we used Ted. Every day the job-site was spotless. Waste materials were quickly removed from our property. The quality of craftsmanship is jaw-dropping. Ted and his staff answered or returned all of our calls. Upon completion he made sure we did not have any issues or complaints. We honestly feel blessed to say that we do not have one negative thing to say. Ted is a meticulous perfectionist and anyone lucky enough to have his company work on their home should know the experience will be a great one. A few years have passed and everything looks and works like new. There is not one thing we would change. That is a testament to Ted’s experience and natural talent.”

“Marcel is great. Easy to work with, no surprises. They work hard and don’t waste any time. They are punctual, and clean up after themselves daily. We will have them doing several projects around our house because they are so reliable and they do amazing work. They will do what it takes to do the job right. Price is fair. Highly recommend !”

“I had 2 bathrooms remodeled in October 2017. The contractor was professional and carried out the work well. Kris was project manager at that time who supervised the project and communicated well throughout. I proceeded with a change order to include painting and tiling of the master bedroom to match the bathroom. Rafael Inc was the company who secured my business again when I was needing my kitchen & living room to be updated. From the design( thank you Sandra), to the contractor & new project manager I now have a beautiful kitchen/ living room. Is the final product perfect & flawless? - of course not, but given the scope of the project I am happy with the outcome. Minor "glitches" which popped up after the contractors had long gone were dealt with efficiently. Thank you all at Rafael Inc. **. “Wendy Johnson did an outstanding job when we remodeled our kitchen in our home in Dorset, Vermont. She spent a lot of time before, during and after the project, making certain everything was as we wanted it to be. She has great attention to detail. She also sells very good cabinets that are made to last. She was helpful in choosing everything we needed for our new kitchen.
