“My wife and I were looking to remodel our kitchen and remove a wall to open it into the living room. We were very nervous about being on a fixed budget and so we contacted many contractors. Specialty Remodeling’s founder, Leo, came personally and gave us by far the best presentation out of the 10 contractors we interviewed. We almost immediately knew we would choose him although we completed every other contractor interview. What makes Leo different is his genuine love for the work and his confidence and willingness to be up front, provide 3D renderings for free almost immediately after meeting and under-promising but over-delivering. Throughout the process of construction, work basically never stopped. Weekdays, weekends, he completed the job in under 2 weeks when every other contractor was saying a 3 week job would basically be a miracle and 6 weeks was the expectation. Leo is dependable, honest and just has a good energy we did not get from any of the other contractors. In particular, to honor the agreement we had made about being on a fixed budget, Leo did a full half day’s work that he did not charge us for because that had not been part of the original deal we shook on. I think that right there speaks to the quality of the man and the company that he runs. Our lives are forever changed by Leo, he walked us through the stress of a significant financial decision and left us with something truly beautiful.”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinum”

“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“From our initial meeting with designer Meagan, we immediately knew that the WC Design Center would be the perfect fit for our remodeling needs. From the professionalism of the interior design expert Meagan, business accountant Melissa, and owner and designer Candy to the actual remodeling process under the auspices of Javier, the project manager, our first remodeling experience was extremely rewarding. Any concerns or changes that we expressed or desired as the project went forward were immediately implemented into the design by Meagan and flawlessly put into place by the contractors. As for the contractors who worked on our remodel project, they were extremely professional and highly skilled. Although as first time remodel clients we were overzealous in our desire to understand all aspects of the remodel project, Meagan and Javier never hesitated to patiently and completely answer all our inquiries in a timely and detail oriented way. Additionally, Meagan, in her proactive manner, was able to stay in constant contact with us for the duration of the process as each step of the remodel occurred. The ease of accessibility of Meagan and the contractors as well as Melissa and Candy define WC Design Center’s mission to keep the client included in all facets of the remodel. Meagan’s vision and design for our modern open concept kitchen and living room surpassed our expectations and although the remodel was completed in December 2013, there is not a day that goes by that we do not look at our new space and marvel at the beauty and functionality that came about as a result of that fortuitous day when we walked into the WC Design Center. We consider the WC Design Center the hallmark of excellence in design, service and final results. The evidence to support our trust in the WC Design Center is going to unfold shortly as we embark on our next remodel projects, the guest bathroom and master bathroom, which will once again be designed by the highly talented interior designer Meagan Pobanz. “Wendy Wilson did the design of my major home remodel that included the removal of a load-bearing wall, a room addition, and extensive remodeling of existing spaces. She listened to my ideas, added her design expertise, and developed the plans. She was a pleasure to work with, always focusing on what was important to me and what was consistent with the quality I was looking for. Her design ideas were fantastic for my project. She helped me interview contractors, and each one we talked to praised the completeness and quality of her drawings. She ushered the project through the design approval process with the city, so all I had to do was go pay for the building permits. She assisted me in the oversight of all phases of the construction. I'd hire her again in a minute, and highly recommend her services. I now truly love my home for the first time since we bought it in 1974.”

“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

“Dave Telem, owner of Dave's Remodeling, Inc. supervised and coordinated various projects to upgrade the function and appearance of my home in the Pacific Palisades. Kitchen upgrades included new quartz countertops, a new stainless steel farmhouse sink, a microwave drawer, and a new dishwasher. The laundry room was completely remodeled with new cabinetry & countertops, flooring, and washer and dryer. Cabinets in the family room and kitchen were repainted, and the master bath shower floor was replaced. Overall, the quality of work was excellent, and work was completed on schedule. I would not hesitate to use Dave's Remodeling services for my future needs.”

“My parents recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and I wanted to have their master bathroom renovated as an anniversary present. Genesis Pro Builders sat down with me and listened to all of the ideas I had for their room and managed to work almost all of it into the designs. When my parents saw the finished product, they were both speechless. It looked amazing. They laid new floors, painted the walls, and installed new countertops as well as cabinets and light fixtures.
