“Erika is truly talented. We hired her to update and remodel the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and foyer in our recently purchased home. We immediately knew that we were in good hands. She took the time to ask the right questions and really listen to my husband and I as we described what what most important to us. Her designs maximized space, minimized unnecessary expense and transformed our house (built in the 1980's) into a fresh and modern home. When it came time to decorate, she selected furniture and accents that fit our design aesthetic and more importantly our lifestyle. I certainly have a taste for the finer things, but with a dog and a baby, we wanted to make sure that we were smart and economical with our purchases. Erika took all of this into consideration while sourcing items for our home, finding us items that we not only loved, but could feel good about buying for our family. My husband and I joke that Erika knows what we really want before we do, but it's not really a joke. She puts great care into her work and it's incredibly important to her that her clients love the finished product - and we most certainly do!”

“It was truly a pleasure to have Boss Design handle my kitchen remodel. Each member of the team was always available whenever I needed their expertise. “We have hired CJ and Donna Dorman to help plan and remodel our master bathroom. Our planning and selection process has nearly been completed with final details being arranged this week. Donna is cheerful, confident and wise is offering suggestions for cabinet design and layout and was helpful in selection ideas for the faucets, mirrors and lighting as well as suggestions for the "little things" like the towel racks and tp holder. She has made a trip out to the granite dealer to see our selection and then to bring a sample for us as well as possible porcelain color choices for this. CJ has been on the scene for measurements, suggestions as well as helping us identify a moisture issue elsewhere in the house... (that we hope is unrelated to this planned project!) We had our kitchen remodel done with Dorman a few years back and we were thrilled with the outcome. When we were considering a bathroom remodel, we chose Dorman first and without seeking another estimate. The workers were professional and punctual and the project came in on time and on budget. We are confident of this outcome as well.”

“We chose Fairfax Kitchen Bath because they are a "one stop shop". You will also benefit from a company that puts the customer first. They will do whatever necessary to make your project a reality and to meet your expectations. They handle the design, project management, inspections, and all the labor for the projects. Their design gave us a great-looking kitchen, more storage, and more natural light. The project moved very smoothly and everything happened just as they said it would. Justin was our our project lead. He's completely reliable and a professional. Cabinets for our kitchen project were made by Schrock Cabinetry, tiles are from Best Tile.”

“The crew was on time every morning and worked at least part of every day during the period. Length of day depended on what materials had been delivered, whether there was wet paint or spackling that had to be allowed to dry, etc. Our contract called for the work to be done in seven weeks and it was done in six. The final cost was very close to the original estimate and we were notified of any adjustments, plus or minus, when they occurred, so there were no surprises or sticker shock. For example, Steve suggested changing the original plan by moving the toilet to a better location, which would open the bathroom up much more and make it noticeably larger. It was a great idea, but there was a slight additional cost for plumbing and we were told this before the change was made and we approved it. By the same token, an original plan to build a new closet in the adjoining room was dropped and there was a corresponding reduction in the costs. Mickey made two or three visits to our house to scope out possible plans for the new bathroom long before work began. He also spent an entire day with us visiting the various shops that sold the materials we needed, including counter tops, tile, and plumbing fixtures. He also ordered cabinets and other materials to our specifications. The quality of the work was first rate and we are very happy with the new bathroom, closet and hallway. There were some minor fixes and touch ups that were needed in the days following completion of work, and someone was here promptly each day to complete them until we were satisfied. The crew deserves special praise for their excellent work, terrific attitude, professionalism and friendliness. If you are going to have people working in your house for six weeks, these are the kind of guys you want doing the work. We became friends with all of them and will have them back for more work this year. All in all, we could not be happier with Hassle Free Home Improvements and highly recommend the company.”

Jennifer is a great design talent, merging her facility with being able to design in any style with her extraordinary knowledge of and insights into the "mechanics" of great kitchen design. She is a nimble designer, able to work with clients and their goals on their terms. One of the more remarkable things about Jennifer is her ability to think "on the spot", reviewing options during even the first consultation with a client. She and her design and management staff deliver service from the conceptual beginnings of a project, all the way through the design and construction phases of a project, working with clients and design team members in a collaborative manner. “Couldn't have had a better experience with Debbie. My 60th birthday gift from my husband was "the bathroom of my dreams" and Debbie made it happen. She is incredibly knowledgeable and practical, as well as having terrific taste. She made the whole project so easy by figuring what things to show us, dropping off samples and sending pictures, guiding us through the whole process, and paying attention to all the details. Debbie also was terrific at figuring out how to make both of us happy, even when we initially had different ideas of what we wanted. It was such fun working with her -- she has a wonderful sense of humor. We also loved the contractor she recommended -- Devin at Marvel Homes. Everything got done quickly and well. I was dreading the whole process, and Debbie and Devin made it as painless as it could possible be. Can't recommend them enough.”

“We had a new roof put on our former home (2007) and Integrity not only explained their business and the options for shingles with respect, but did an excellent job doing the work. Their employees were extremely polite and cleaned up very well. When we bought our current home (2009), we asked them to do an inspection on its roof, and they told us honestly it was in fine shape and didn't need work. Because of their honesty, we recommended them to neighbors on both sides who have also hired them. Additionally, we asked them to do our new windows in our current home right after we moved in. Again, they were extremely professional, clean, and honest.”
