“I have used Stone Heat for the past 4 years to completely refurbish a house including fitting of 2 bespoke bathrooms, repainting of walls and ceilings and consecutive maintenance. They have also helped me to fit wooden flooring in another house plus erect a fence. The quality of their work is always impeccable and the always arrive early, clean after themselves and e-mail you regular photo updates of the work progress and completion. So there is no need to be on site at all. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.”

“I asked LBI to completely renovate my two bed garden flat in Highbury / Canonbury area. Job involved complete gut, rewire and plumb, removal of some load-bearing walls, and a full refurb. We went with Jake because he was respectful and provided a comprehensive quote and project plan that gave us transparency and confidence he’d properly considered the job and the work involved. He also shared the risks up front. He and his team completed the work bang on schedule (vital as my wife was ‘full term’ pregnant!), and to a great standard. His team was courteous and efficient and when we had concerns - e.g. with placement of a wall or a socket - Jake was always very responsive. This was a big job, a difficult job given the timing (impending baby), but also a fulfilling job (a complete refit). It was stressful (because building always is and because of the timing...), but Jake and his team took a lot of the unnecessary stress away because of their skill and attitude, and left us with a wonderful nest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“We were having a significant amount of extension work carried out by a local professional project management company. A new kitchen was a major part of this project. The project management company directed us towards their usual fitter - an established company we were aware of. We saw this company and described a feature we wanted. We were told by them that there was no space for this feature. We were supplied with one black and white plan of what we were told could be done. We got the impression that no effort was being put in and the company assumed they already had our business and we were an inconvenience. We then looked around and found Arc+be. From the beginning it was a totally different experience. Jide is so enthusiastic about his work. He began by saying not only was there room for the feature we wanted but he could make it bigger if so desired. He was friendly and appeared as excited about our new kitchen as we were. He spent time with us finding out our likes and dislikes and what use was to be made of the kitchen - a lot of our cooking is not traditional western style, though much is. Jide came up with three suggested plans for us, not only showing the proposed layouts but, for each one, providing a colour, computer generated image of what it would look like. He talked through all the options with us and different finishes etc.. We had no hesitation in placing our order with this company. We were provided with a full cost breakdown, copy of the plan and image of the fitted product together with pictures of the white goods, cupboards, finishes (down to the draw handles) we had chosen. The whole extension was a stressful time but having the kitchen fitted was a pleasure. We were kept informed at all stages, work was done when we were told it would be done and when there was a glitch we were brought solutions not excuses. (e.g. the American style fridge freezer we had selected was not available, Jide told us this and offered us a better one, at the same price to us, that he had already ensured was available). Throughout the build, and after it had been completed, we felt that this project was as important to Arc+be as it was to us. Everyone we dealt with - the planner, the fitter, the tile fitter - came across as true professionals who took a pride in their work and enjoyed what they were doing and we're not just doing a job. They are craftsmen (and women). I am not in the habit of making recommendations but I have already recommended this company to a number of people. I would say to anyone thinking of a new kitchen, talk to this company and compare them to others. I feel sure they will come out on top.”

“David and Sarah designed and created 2 stunning new bathrooms for our new home. One a spacious, practical Family Bathroom and the other an En-Suite for us grown-ups! I could not praise them more highly. I came full of ideas, but also confused by Pintrest etc. So many photos but I didn’t have a clue where to buy the products or if it would all fit and work. The Small Bathroom Company suddenly brought the design to life and on-budget. I couldn’t believe how easy they made it all look and it saved me so much time. I didn’t have to keep going through brochures and I really trusted their knowledge of installation and all the techniques. The fitters who work with them were just great. Chris and Tom were so friendly, so considerate about our home, I felt comfortable leaving them to get on with the installation. 5 stars, very very pleased and I can’t stop looking at the bathrooms, they are so nice.”

All of them polite and clean and tidy The units, flooring and internal doors provided are all of a good quality. Kept to original budget. The only thing that dissappointed, was the timescale of works, I was without use of appliances longer than expected. Sagar helped to design the bathrooms as well as providing advice on which products to purchase . The service was very personal and extremely professional including being able to return surplus material and change certain items as the work went on.
