“The Residence Doctor did a phenomenal job with our remodel. The professional team was a constant presence at our home overseeing the job (master bath, fire place, fixtures, repairs, flooring, etc.) and making sure they were exceeding our expectations. They finished on time and provided additional value with their complimentary maid services and clean up crew. We are already planning to hire them again for future projects.”

“We were referred to NG Platinum Homes by a friend. We were looking to get all the secondary bathrooms remodeled. After initial consultation at our house, they left us a folder with previous job pictures and a step by step guide of the next steps, they emailed us a quote after one day. They have a different approach to construction and it was very efficient. After approving their quote, Nadine met us in our house and listened to our ideas, we then went shopping with her. She took us to some very nice tile shops that we had no idea about. After shopping for the fixtures, wall color, sink, faucets and tile we called it a day. Two days later Nadine had our design with our picked materials. Construction started after they received all the items. We were done with construction within 2 weeks and i was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the crew and their respect for our house. Quality is top notch. Everything is symmetrical as she checked on them everyday. Project Manager James was very courteous and punctual. They notified us a day before making any excessive noise which was during the demo. They finished that in one day. This is a great company and she runs things very efficiently.”

“I called Seek Design & Renovation for an estimate on a small job, extending the patio by 300 square feet. Don came and gave us an estimate. I was treated professionally and respectfully as if it were a more extensive job. There were weather delays, but he called three times to let me know he had not forgotten us. The patio was done in two half day sessions and looks great. The area was cleaned up and all debris carried away. All workers were polite and and did an excellent job.”

“Ashwood Designs built custom cabinets over my washer dryer. No easy feat as our wash room is nestled under stairs with a sloping ceiling. The crew arrived on the designated day and built the cabinets on site matching the style and color of the existing cabinets. The job was finished on time and the crew cleaned and touched up afterward. It was a pleasure to deal with his company. No surprises! We could not be more pleased with the detail and precision of the work.”

“Partial remodel of a 1939 Georgian home in the Southgate neighborhood in Houston. Work included partial remodel of two bathrooms, install of a new tankless water heater and solar attic fan, install of a full deck in the Attic, new concrete walkway, 2 new doors, hardwood floor install in the kitchen , etc. Work done to a very good quality standard. Excellent communications with Company Owner Greg Simmons, who was a regular presence on the job site. The 2 month project completed on schedule, at end-January 2016.. Would highly recommend Greg and B&W for similar projects !!”

“We have work with Cheryl and Poggenpohl and two different projects in both in one of Houston's finer neighborhoods. As the general contractor for the project it is extremely important for us to have accurate drawings of the plumbing and electrical locations that go into the wall as well as drawings of the finished product. This insures that all of the connections are in the correct location and eliminates problems and delays down the road. Poggenpohl is the only cabinet company that has provided us with this information which saves the time and hassle of searching for the specifications on our own. Another area where Poggenpohl succeeded was in scheduling. They submitted an accurate schedule and stuck to it which is also very important to us as the contractor and to the client. Because of the information stated above and their professionalism I recommend Cheryl and Poggenpohl without reservation.”
