“Outstanding. Robbi is a highly regarded professional, by homeowners like ourselves and the other companies (architects, builders, landscape companies), with whom she works. In fact, we researched Robbi and her company, as we watched another property in the area undergo its "transformation" by Woodburn and Company. This property is a showpiece in our community and we liked what we saw happening - and hired her. Unlike many landscape architects, Robbi listens. She listens very closely and then translates her client's vision masterfully! She is always on top of budgets, always stays connected and communicates at the highest level. “I would highly recommend Kris for any landscape design project. We have a tricky sloped backyard. He created a beautiful and well thought out design incorporating both plant design and hardscaping. He was professional, fast, and very accommodating for specific requests and changes during the design process. Plus he knows a great deal about plants and how they will grow and look together depending on the look you want. My favorite thing is he has a community of the actual working landscapers who he happily recommends once you are ready to execute his designs. You can’t go wrong choosing Kris for your project.”

“Melissa MacDonald is a very talented and professional Landscape Architect. My husband and I are both architects and we had been trying to design the landscape for our home in the heart of historic Lexington MA. for a year. When we asked Melissa to help us, she promptly delivered a design that was sensitive to the traditional setting of Lexington's historic district and satisfied our spatial requests. The hard-scape is elegant and we have been enjoying the sequence of blooming plants since May. I am thrilled with Melissa's design and with her service. “CCHLD turned my dirt yard into a gravel parking lot and pathway to the front door. They did a beautiful with that. Then they turned my weedy, sloping backyard into a three tired, rock wall, garden. There is a firepit and patio at the bottom. They did everything we talked about, within my budget, and it is beautiful. Thanks Chuck and crew for a job well done. “Bayberry Nurseries helped us chose a unique tree for our home landscape. The Bayberry associates harvested, transported and replanted our Paviflora on our property. They were professional, friendly, efficient, detail oriented, positive happy energy, hard working and a pleasure to have. I kind of feel they are like the landscape geeks! You know, the people who get really excited about plants and trees and know just way too much about them! This unique experience of choosing materials that are growing in the ground and have to be harvested was such a beautiful, joyful process. It's as if they not only care about the people, but they truly care about the trees and environment too. Justin really spent a lot of time to make sure he matched us with the right tree. “Rob and his team were at my home over the course of two seasons, installing an incredible landscape in both the front and back of my property. It's not often you can say it was a pleasure having a work crew at your house, but my boys, my dog and I all enjoyed having Gilmore Landscape Architecture on site. They are intelligent, kind, respectful, creative and talented individuals. The exterior of my home was completely transformed; Rob's expertise in terrain and site planning was fundamental to creating a stunning final result. He made sense of a plot that was uneven and mostly covered in cracked pavement. It now instead features a kitchen garden, native trees and plantings, a reflecting pond, meditation rock garden, as well as a driveable grass paver driveway and beautiful gabion rock walls with wood bench toppers. --Allison TC”
